Reason she always live I think Bruce taught her the special move of plot armor or being on a suicide squad taught (Task Force X) her that. She’s like crazy sister Bruce never since he was an only child. Plus they even said she is Batman’s enforcer. I read injustice 2 comics I don’t think she was made that yet. Injustice 2 game devs was just make the plot.

Lots of Batman’s villains have the potential for rehabilitation. Many more so than Harley.
Only a handful of Batman’s villains are as irredeemable as Joker.

You know in every interaction I see between Harley and Superman, he's never just boiling over with hatred for her. He killed Joker...how come he let's the accomplice live? Seems inconsistent.
In both the games and the comics, Batman and Green arrow helped her to avoid Superman because he was also looking for her to kill her, the only reason why he doesn’t have that much of a boiling rage against her is because he thinks of her as a pet of him, when he sees her, he remembers Joker, But he does want her dead. In the second game Wonder Woman almost killed Harley but SuperGirl stopped her, Superman was pissed against Supergirl for stopping her and told her that he was gonna deal with Harley himself later.
