HONDA RA300：
The 2nd year F1 regulations increased engine displacement to 3000cc, this machine gave Honda its 2nd F1 win with a victorious debut in the Italian GP,Round9 of the 1967 F1 World Chanpionship.

F1世界選手権のエンジン排気量が3000ccに変わって2年目。
第9戦イタリアGPでデビューウィンを飾り、HondaF1に2勝目をもたらした。
優勝車：No.14 J.サーティース
前年のＲＡ２７３が思ったほど成績を残せない（最高位３位）のでホンダは終盤にＲＡ３００を投入
シャーシは当時インディに使われていたローラＴ９０をベースにして改良これにより２０㎏以上の軽量化と４２０馬力以上の高出力で戦いました
ＲＡ３００はテストらしいテストをせずにサーキットに運び込まれた結果、燃費がわからなかった為フルタンク状態でスタートしたが、フィニッシュした時には3リッターしか残ってなかったモンツァでの勝利には、こんな裏話も残っています

当時のホンダにはN360 とS800しか無かった。これでF1で勝った事が今では奇跡です。
I built the large Tamiya model of this car many years ago. Routing the 12 plug wires and exhaust was the toughest model part that I ever did!
I cant believe how throttle responsive it is!!!!!!
That is when F1 was special. No wings, no sidepods, no drs. Just the chassis, and engine, suspension setup and driver skill.
Now that's what music should sound like!

That head-on image of the F1 Honda does a nice job to capture the treaded tires they raced on back then; where a single set of tires had to last the entire race distance, as there were no pitstops in that era.
That was long time ago when Honda was in the early stages. But now, Honda is getting better together with Red Bull & Max Verstappen, they dominated the whole 2021 & 2022 season.

1960s was probably one of the if not THE golden age for F1
The aspect I love about the F1 cars of the 1960s is that they were distinctive characters. No mistaking a Ferrari from a Honda from a BRM from a Lotus from a Brabham and from a Cooper.
