Fatpacking with Smitty My ability to walk through the pain has greatly increased. Just left the gym and need to finish up my walking. Be very smart and very safe but do not stop working out. Hope you are healing up quickly buddy.
You can see the weight loss in your face. For a minute I thought your arms were going to bust out of the sleeves. Kass is doing a great job taking care of everything, she is awesome. You are doing great, now I feel like a loser because I cut my walk short because of rain. Dang now I have to go do something 🤣 Thanks for the update. Keep it up
Aw thanks Leah! If it wasn't for the measuring tape and photos, I don't think I'd personally see it. Awesome seeing you getting out there, even if it's before the rain haha.
Nice way to keep at it. Stug was trying to help you with the chair push-ups. I can tell you are making strides on your goal, the Smitty shirt is quite a bit looser fitting than when we were in Kentucky. Nothing like having a great partner to help take care of everything. I know I'm blessed with mine. The three grandchildren are a handful, then you throw me in the mix lol. Your two boys are at that active age, when boys will be boys. Glad to see you keeping a positive attitude.Kass is really great. Stay safe buddy and best wishes for you and your family.
As always, thanks for all the kind words Tracy. It means a lot. Yeah I think I'll be below 260 lbs soon, and I'm over 30 lbs down. Feeling good, aside from the leg. What would we do without a good wife eh?
Wow, you are really committed to this fake broken leg. Course, if I had a wife trotting meals in for me, I would do exactly the same. Your pooch is a big lap load. I have pugs, which are lighter, but I think when all three decide to sleep on my chest, the weight is pretty similar.
Glad your keeping a positive attitude. Your probably doing more exercise with a broken leg than the average person who doesn't have an injury. I thought Stug (Is that spelled correctly?) was about to grab a mouthful of hair during the push-ups. Hang in there and thanks for the update.
Ah this last week was brutal but I'm back at it now. Watching the video again and seeing Stug (you did spell it correctly!) is tough but I'm so glad I have these videos for a new reason.
Hard to get motivated with them, but they've let me break a sweat at least. I can't wait until the incisions heal up on my leg and I can get back to doing something. Just on bed rest essentially.
Nice Job buddy! Kudos to the wife as well! It takes a village! Thanks for the update! You have inspired quite a few people already!
I'd be in a world of pain without her for sure. Thanks Dennis. Man, seeing you getting out there motivates me in return though. It's awesome.

Haha, it's be a pretty good way to get fed around here.
Yeah that dog is 80 lbs and a cuddler. Big and short, the poor dude.

Ugh, Chair workouts. Heal up soon man! You're losing fat for sure!

I've decided that Poutine is not conducive to weight loss. :(
You’ve got it backwards. I only work out so that I can eat poutine :D
