I use a gerber mp600 daily in my job. It's taken a beating over the years but I wouldn't be without it.
I also have the SOG PowerPoint, great tool indeed but I keep that in my car.
Still waiting to find that large size leatherman that suits me

@@ArrTEH Review guys usually end up sellouts, I’m happy with this situation. I think if you don’t need to design anything is the best review about a tool, because means the manufacturer more or less completed the task in the factory. With current tends you will have hobby / job for a long time. I also design small gadgets for my multitools, but to finalize something is really hard to the 0,01 mm. From idea to first prototype is easy. Make it presentable to others is completely different story. Not to mention about durability questions in use. Thank you for your answer! Wish you good luck.

Modified G10 Charge+ is still my favorite in terms of toolset (I’ve added everything I need and nothing I don’t), but especially comfort while using and carrying in pocket.

I think what you said about how Arc appeals to knife community really describes the situation well. Arc is a nice tool but it's a bit dainty for many things. But that knife is kinda great. So Arc might be a product for non-multitool community.

i have had the skeletool since either first came out and have it to this day. i have several as the toolset has served me well without having to carry extra stuff like an extender or bit set. but if i wanted that, it would be in a separate carry holder system. what i am very surprised about is that the more expensive leathermans don’t all have bit holders, which surprises me because they are supposed to be more utilitarian with more capabilities yet cannot hold a second bit without a 3rd party accessory.
after the skeletool the next one up for me is the wave plus. but i am so used to having an extra bit holder from using the skeletool for so long that i feel the lack of that more than having the extra tools i am gaining. part of the reason is the surge is way too big as a true edc so went with the wave plus. i also got the wave plus on sale. it is also currently on a black friday sale as well. i don’t own a surge but some day i might own one but for now it is not in my current journey in multitools.
after the wave plus is the leatherman arc obsidian. i have backups of this tool and have taken them apart and one of my hobby projects i am putting one together from parts. the problem shoppjng for mods for this is that all the third party accessories are stainless, not black. i am looking for a way to add a t shank holder and scalpel in black but nobody makes them in that colour. i don’t own the regular arc version so accessories are hit or miss if they are not black.

Im about to get the Arc not becaue I need it but because I like leatherman brand. My edc is leatherman Charge the titanium version and I can’t change that with any other model although I have multiple leatherman models.

Charge titanium before they drop the quality is their best model. That way Tim Leatherman was going around with it cutting nails and then paper with it.
