Great video quality and narration. My family of 5 plus my in-laws will be traveling in two weeks and I’m not sure either of them are a good choice given our group size and kids ages, 12, 8, 5. The stairs, the amount of travel needed, and things to do are pushing me to the Amalfi coast, can you share what you would recommend for us? Would prefer not to do both because they sound so similar IMO, and we’re also hoping for more beach time in Bari. Thanks you and once again, great video and sound quality.
Thank you so much Marvin for your kind words and watching!!! Have you made your decision yet? I agree with you, both is way too much for one trip. Will you be spending most time in southern Italy, if you are going to Bari? One thing to keep in mind is how packed cinque Terre gets. Especially during summer it’s crazy how tight the stairways are- and the beaches will be also so crowded. But the pro of it there is transportation. Once you’re there, it’s so easy to get from each little city on the train. If you do go to cinque Terre, the hardest part is travel. I was so sick from the windy roads, and I would recommend going to just one spot and staying put. There is much more space there, for a big family. And more opportunities to swim. And you could get a lot more Beach time there. That being said, if you don’t mind the crowds, or heading up north, I think you and the kids will love cinque Terre. Monterosso beach is so beautiful. It is a pebble beach so get water shoes, and make sure to get there early to get a spot on the beach. Vernazza also very cool, but the little cove there is not flat water. Either way, you’ll have a great time. But the main take away for me was transportation and space. If space is the priority, go to one town in Amalfi coast. It really comes down to which part of Italy you’ll be in- and that would be the only deciding factor for me! Don’t waste a day just traveling!! 🫶
