The train is the way to go! The ferry does offer some unbeatable viewpoints of these cities from the water which is not possible otherwise, but it takes about 2hrs to run the gauntlet. In my experience, the ferry ended up taking half of an eight hour day to travel between towns, and did not allow us to enjoy them as much as we would have liked. Do not fall into the tourist beach chair/umbrella trap! just bring a towel and umbrella! The umbrella seating tickets were 40 Eu per person!! Maybe even pack a lunch- my experience in Italy in general has been better buying groceries and cooking at BNB. Eating out should be an exception not the rule and should be done with research and intention. Too easy to get tourist trapped into a 20Eu portion of spaghetti!!!
This the best video on TH-cam about Italy I have watched so far . well done great job, LIKE + SUB, and keep uploading videos like that . I really enjoyed it, I wish you get 100k subscribers as soon as possible you deserve it guys.
Surely one of the best and most informative videos on cinque terre i've seen so far. Although your talking is rather quick and sometimes hard to follow for non native english speakers ;-)
Hello, I have a few questions.. So, 1. Which city is best to stay in if I have a family with 1 kid and am worried about carrying luggage after getting off the train? It sounds like Monteressso is the one, but can you confirm? 2. To take some of those pictures from the cliffside where the colored houses are in background, do I need the hiking pass? 3. Which city would still be the most stroller friendly ? I'm thinking I may not be able to cover all the cities and this may determine where I go 4. Do you have any information the ferries? would that be a better way to experience cinque de terre if i dont think i can carry my kid everywhere 5. Lastly, I am still conflicted between Amalfi and Cinque de terre.. If you have been to amalfi, which one would you recommend between the two? My main constraint is mobility. I want to make sure that I can cover as much ground given i'm travelling with a family
Hi really love your channel. I have a question . In may were staying in motecantini terme for a week and have a couple of tours. They offer a Cinque terre tour but only two of the villages are visited. I'm concerned it won't include Vernazza which we really want to see for the epic view. I see a train is over 2.5 hours away . What would you suggest . Thank you in advance

Great videos! Very well done. Any chance you might share your spreadsheet? We're heading out for some travel and I liked the way you tracked expenses.
Well thought through detailed video about Cinque Terre trip. Thanks

Great video, new to your channel. Going there in June. What brand is your pink dress. Looks nice and cool for hot weather.

Suggestions for train from Livorna - Port to 1st town? Only have about 8 hrs. Might only try 3 towns.
PS - I might be interested in sponsoring...
Love all the amazing drone footage! Where were you launching the drone from for the Manarola views?
Nice Cinque Terre guide.
Thank you for this amazing and helpful video.
Might want to correct one typo in the captions (ferry tickets instead of fairy tickets, although Cinque Terre feels like a fairyland).
Great video! Would you recommend staying in Corniglia? Thank you
Very helpful!
Great video overview. If we leave the car in La Spezia, then where can we keep our big luggage and just bring small back packs for 3 nights?
If you had to choose two towns to spend one day . What would they be and why?
Extremely helpful!

I did not see a link on that Airbnb.
Hello! If I am staying at la spezia, is the same train ticket to get to the 5 cities? or do I need to purchase an extra one??
Great video.
Hi, great video. But I didn't understand the name of the app for getting train/trail tickets. Do you post information like that elsewhere?
Thank you! We used the "trainline" app to book all of our Italy train tickets (except for the Cinque Terre pass, which we booked in person)
What is the link to the air bnb you stayed at?
What is the pink dress you are wearing?
I’ve heard it’s gotten so crowded can’t even walk and not so fun
What time of the year you visited Cinque terre ?
We were in Cinque Terre in August! It was hot, but we still had an incredible time!
Gorgeous views 😊
How can I get that same place you guys stayed at?
Will be visiting this year, last week of August
What are the rules for Drone photography?
Did you find anything if yes please let us know 😅
Waiting for they’re response

please kindly practice the pronunciation of the cities you visit... it's "teh-reh" not "teh-ruh" great video... :)
Thanks for pointing that out, it was driving me crazy.
