Weber did a great job on that griddle. Like how it has built in wind guards. Plus you can buy accessories for it to make it even better. Really like the design on it very well thought. Have a great day tomorrow.
Thanks so much, brother! I hope your days great as well!
I just bought one today. The quality, design, rust resistant griddle is absolutely amazing. Worth every dollar.
How is it holding up now that you used it? Thx
Weber put so much thought into designing this griddle! I love all the attachments as well as all the utensils we got from the last griddle. It’s truly a kitchen on wheels!
I totally agree!
You are a weber bot. You want innovation? Look at traeger flatrock
Why can’t we just be happy with the product? Beep boop beep 🤖
I was considering a Traeger but now after seeing the Weber, I think I will go with the Weber
I was looking at a Blackstone, Not any more!!! Weber for the Win!!!
Im huge on the paper towel holder and trash bag holder. I have paper towel holder built into my cooking table and a 30 gallon roller trashcan next to my cooking table.
The little things make a big difference! It’s so nice to have those additions!
And unlike the Blackstone paper towel holder, this one has arms to put pressure on the roll. With the Blackstone, get any decent wind and the entire roll of paper towels will unroll. Literally, the entire XL roll down to the cardboard tube. After about the fourth time, I stopped using the paper towel holder.
I think they might’ve knocked one out of the park with this one. I’ll definitely be adding one to my arsenal soon!
It’s such a great piece of equipment. Weber won’t be known just for their Kettle’s anymore!
Got me sold!! Thing looks amazing
It’s so awesome!
I like that lift out caddie. I can put my beans in there when you post your bean recipe video in 2026. Lol.
Haha it’ll come soon!
That really is a nice griddle, well-thought design too.
Absolutely!
Great review!
A couple of questions, can you purchase additional plastic trays? And would two trays fit side by side, instead of a caddy and the tray?
I know Weber says you don’t need to season it, what are your thoughts about seasoning it initially just like any other griddle?
Do you know if they launch a new one of these yearly?
Great review buddy. Thank you so much. The only thing it's missing is a karaoke system. Lol.
You should make some Oklahoma onion smash burgers 🍔.
Sounds like a great idea!
Does the right side fold down? Can side shelves be removed?
Wow that thing looks amazing!
It’s a super awesome griddle!!
ShamWow Guy 2.0 right there!
Hi. Have you considered traeger flatrock ? Thanks
I’m really frustrated, I bought a Blackstone griddle thinking they were the best. I seasoned it per the instructions, but after 2 years of use it still rusts (just a little, the whole cook top). So then I bought a small Weber griddle with a slate cooktop albeit it doesn’t rust, food and seasonings stick to the griddle. I’ve had grills as well but they tend to flame up too much. Next purchase I guess is a stainless cooktop griddle. I’m looking for the best as I grill a lot of steaks. Blackstone and Weber are disappointing.
Unfortunately they have an uneven heating in plate surface when cooking
Just bought mine
Man I’m just looking at my first griddle and really unsure on Blackstone versus Weber. My Weber grill has lasted a long time so I know their quality. Blackstone seems to be the brand everyone talks about but I also see lots of reviews speaking about rust etc. I wonder whether Weber truly is rust proof. I’m so torn here!
I can tell you that this griddle top 100% does feel and look different. I can tell you I’ve had Blackstone before and they always rust which becomes annoying. Trust any decision you make though!
This is twice the price. Both will cook food fine. One is higher quality
@@micahroberts3564 which do you feel higher quality? I’m also looking at the Blackstone Pro model.
@@EricFDrumsweber 100%
Blackstone heats well, but build quality is truly subpar. Not only does the cooking surface rust, but the rest of it does too. I had peeling paint literally within the first month, despite it being covered with the official OEM cover. It's pretty clear that they did not use high heat spray paint and/or failed to degrease and/or prep the metal properly. The places where the paint peeled rusted even more than the cooking surface.
That’s a nice looking griddle. I think you should run some nice ribeyes
Is the cooktop cold rolled?
I am not too sure about that!
Great video. Is Weber paying you for this review or did you purchase it?
They did send it to us for free! I made sure to mention in the video that they did send it to us. But, they told me I could say anything I wanted to about the griddle so all opinions are mine!
@@GulfCoastSmoke Awesome and great video
You can't level it out. I had to put shims underneath one wheel.
Carbon steel all the way!
Yes! I’m excited to use it!
Only negative on the Weber is, you can’t close the lid while cooking.
Most of these are that way

My brotha!
Cook a hibachi dinner and we can go help you eat it!
Name the date and let’s get it! Bring Hector?!
Why does everyone compare the new Weber 36 to the old Weber 30? I am yet to find anyone who compares it to the last years 36, which I have and love. The 36 is the same size, same side to side consistant heat, same style of hinged lid, four casters for easy moving. Maybe because it would show the new one is not worth DOUBLE the money? $499 for the last years 36 inch Weber griddle not to mention all the extra money for the accessories everyone talks about but never talks about how expensive they are.
We compared ours to the 30” simply because that’s the only other model we own. The cost is definitely an important factor when purchasing any product, but it’s awesome to hear that their old 36” is still just as good. I think for any company, you’re only as good as your weakest link so you still want your older products to continue to do well over time.
My Google AI says... Yes, carbon steel does rust because it lacks the corrosion-resistant properties of its stainless steel counterpart. Although it's stronger and more durable than stainless steel, carbon steel may rust and corrode when exposed to moisture. $1000... way too much for 36".
Spot on. Carbon steel does rust. Then again, stainless rusts as well. Just way more slowly than other types of steel. There is also a big difference between the various grades of stainless. 304, 316, etc. 304 will rust really fast in a marine environment (e.g. anywhere near the ocean). 316 is way more rust resistant because it contains molybdenum.
