As cool as all of this would be, her damage would need to be vastly reduced to make this balanced. All of this together (especially the jungle plants thing) would make her incredibly broken
The idea of her interacting with bushes/terrain and the river just buffing her abilities cause it's a water source is such a good idea. I love how this ties lore into the gameplay, and would love to see more of these proposals on your channel and hopefully eventually in game!

Zyra would be a viable concept if she could reactivate inactive plants on the map and/or making it so that her Q and E are repeated upon contact with a bush. Q, like a Braum ult; E like Akshan's Q upon minion contact. Nothing out of the ordinary, yet it would make her a fun champion and a tactician of sorts

Most of his ideas here in this video are really cool but 90% of them are ult worthy, if they came out as basic abilities any champions would be OP

Like the idea of different plant depending on the terrain could be applied to ivern's W either spawn a bush or hold the spell to consume 2 charge and spawn an upgraded bush that could give heal fruits in the river, slowing vines etc.

Love all these neat ideas like it’d be great to be able to pick like 4 to be added to her. Love all the variety too like every idea is pretty interesting and would add more complexity which i love in every champ. Hope to see you do one for Sona sometime !!

Ever heard about the guy to write "demacian lore reboot" he also asks "why no one cares?" Or "what change" siriusly what change, why are people no linger against demacia enough to change it?
Imagine an asymmetrical game mode where there's one Zyra vs 9 players, and the goal for her is to defend the jungle with this kit, while the players need to complete objectives to harvest certain plants.
I like the version that she can control all the plants on the map. How his skills interact with grass and fruit, I think is enough to make it fun to play without being too OP I hope they give this rework at the same time as its release in Legends of Runeterra
Great video! I was wondering if we could have doom bot nami, i feel like her water/ocean theme is fun to play with (but mostly because im a nami main). This zyra video is so creative i wonder how you would explore more elemental champs like nami!!
i think zyra is the type of champion that would benefit from a bit more rng in her kit to represent just how wild and chaotic nature can truly be... i think spawning plants, her skillshot root, and knocking enemies up with her ult are integral to fulfilling her fantasy of a plant mage. her e is great, but give a secondary cd or potential proc to spawn a lasher when tagging an enemy champion. remove thornspitters because they limit the potential of her kit due to how easy they are to abuse spell effects. after her ultimate knocks up enemies, it should randomly toss them around rather than having them land where they were originally knocked up. her q is really basic and doesnt really help flesh her kit out... and if she periodically/randomly procs lashers with her e and ult, then either her p and w need to be replaced or the cd of proccing a lasher can be tracked on one of them.
I would probably main zyra if she was actually made for the jungle and I honestly think zyra should have a spawner that either spawns seeds or fully grown plants, that can also move and attack the nearest target (basically like yoricks ghouls)
the ideas by itself are great, but i fear that this whole "press and hold" is anything else but intuitive for a moba player in the first place, where you have to make decisions within splitseconds
I hope riot would consider to make all champ as fun as this, just maybe half of the abilities shown here, to the point being a tryhard, takes your soul, cause of the amount of thing you could do.
as a zyra main ,her being finally put in jungle was dream come true ! She just feels right there. From all the skills , i love the W most ,as it makes the most sense, since from all her spells her w is the most lacking . I wish they reduced her overall spell dmg in trade for diversity and plant- oriented playstyle
