I appreciate the level of thought and depth put into this video. I have never done a Hyrox, but have been in the endurance world for 15+ years (running/triathlon). The whole thought of adding loaded/functional movements into a race seems very intriguing to me. I do have one question for you though, how important is sleep/hydration/stress management? In my time of endurance training these have also been apart of my "pillars" and I just wanted your thoughts. Thanks for a great video.
