Moisture is due to the onions. Blend the onions with the daal and rest of the masalas. Except the green chilly and coriander leaves. Add these later after blending

U can make it with saabut hari moong, it tastes awesome and for kids u can grind green chilli with moong with no water....long chopped onions, pudina, dhaniya, adrak K chotey tukdey...serve it with hari dhaniya ki chatni ....🤤🤤😋😋
