Hey so I noticed but maybe I'm wrong - in the first combo with Gishki and Dragoons you can add Aquamirror instead of Photomirror. You can link Toad and Bahamut into Anemone in the furthest right zone before you ritual summon Neremanas - adding back Shadow off of Toad which you can use for the Neremanas tribute. Then you have the whole combo but without paying 5000 life points. Just want to say again also what a huge fan of the channel I am! Played my own version of the deck at locals last week and had the best time and it's not something I would have even known about had I not found this place!

But ill be back.. SOON! So! If you end up using toad and bahamut to go into anemone your board will be looking like this: Hand: Aquamirror+Neremanas+Shadow/grim Board: ahashima+anemone So from here you use aquamirror tributing the shadow to ss the neremanas and nere can ss back the gishki abyss, which can search us a gishki shadow/vision/grim. Board right now looks like this: Neremanas+ abyss+ anemone+ bujinki. here our only play is overlaying ahashima and abyss for gigantic and then ss swap send swap and revive with anemone for a full toad. (What i mean by full toad is that it is probably xyz summoned. This means that it can be revived by neremanas, whereas the ine from bahamut cant) So if we actually search for aquamirror we exchange one toad for a neremans but we have the full life points. I generally prefer going for the double toad as it is a double omni and they can both bring me back resources for next turn. But if i do value a powerful lo threat in my opponent’s deck id probably opt for your combo with aquamirror! Sorry if this is TOO long and if i am explaining things you already know, i just wanted to be 1000% clear. Thank you for your response! That makes total sense - it's my fault I was doing test hands and came to this video to see where I'd messed up a combo. I didn't watch the whole combo just where I'd gone wrong up to the bit I commented about so had no idea you ended on double Toad 😂 I have seen the video before though a fair few times and I always come back to this and the Diva videos whenever I'm doing test hands - cheers for the inspiration!
Great combo video. Loving the real cards. Good to learn what grim can do apart from diva. Also yes handtraps I dont like em. Any counters before doing your combo or approaches to different opening hands would be much appreciated. Although I understand it will be limited. Ive been working out some stuff there in my atlantean mermail deck vs handtraps. With pretty consistent succes getting my combos off including moulinglacia. Its just not easy. Complicated. I actually wonder which of my two water decks can do it more consistent gishki atlantean or mermail atlantean :]
Also, I dont use the Goyo guardians to summon bujin ahashima. seeing we can make ahashima pretty consistently in this deck with abyss and grimness. I dare to use Martial Metal Marcher instead summoning deep sea minstrel from the graveyard to go into bujin ahashima. The big bonus is that I can summon something else before the diva that protects my combos from most handtraps. cards I summon first would be neremanas if the opening hand comes up. I run deep sea minstrel x3 going first seeing I can stop my opponents handtraps easier this way. so its yet another way to play through handtraps. funny enough, In my mermail deck in addition to martial metal marcher I use yet another way to go to buijn ahashima :D and also yet another way to stop handtraps. Its a tight battle between both of my decks ability to play through handtraps.
Can u make a combo vid but featuring Gustkraken? (Maybe zielgigas too) I find myself doing so many routes and figured out there r some impossible end boards (rip ronintoadin and elf 😢) IE u can't end up with apollousa, double toad and neremanas, since u need gigantic and coral anemone for double toad, there isn't enough zones xD
Got something potentially good. Dyna Mondo + neremanas or Sauravis, the Ancient and Ascended. EDIT: nevermind sauravis needs to be properly summoned first, Dyna Mondo cant revive it. my bad. It can add it back to your hand for another target protection but meh thats situational. Special summoning neremanas is the better choice. Sauravis is still somewhat good going first with preparation of rites and gustkraken, protecting your plays.

If you can't add back Shadow you have Grimness in the grave also to use as a tribute for Neremanas anyway after adding it off Toad

In Grimness+diva combo you cannot go for apollousa after marincess effect, also anemone is hard once... you cannot activate again after you reborn her
My friend, i didnt activate anemone’s eff when i link summoned her, so i most definitely can do that…
