I love dressing up to travel. So definitely the smarter options you've shared are my fave, especially the all black pants and shirt that was your final look.
Although I liked the outfits you chose Lydia, I would definitely give a white (or any light coloured) blazer a miss. It will be a grubby mess by the time you get to your destination....spillage from drinks and sitting in cramped spaces , or general creasing if you have to try and fold it for storage. Although looking good for travel is nice, it is not always ideal; I would opt for as little to contend with as possible: sweaters and scarves would be my choice for a change in temperature. Moreover, if they get messed up in transit, you can always wash them. A blazer....just too hard for me...sorry! Have a wonderful time in Santorini Lydia xx

Machine sets everything off... no jewelry,,,, I’m HOT... then I don’t feel like pulling it all out and putting it all on.... trying to fit everything into one carryon and one tote! Then buying water, snacks, YES I need no more to contend with! Ha!!!!

Once again giving me so many ideas and inspiration ;) I could literally own only one pair of pants and it would be the straight leg leather joggers!!! also, the hoodie with the blazer on top with the paper bag waist cargo pants are amazinggggg ;) It's the kinda outfit you see other women wearing at the airport and then you look at yourself in the mirror wearing 3 year old leggings and an oversized t-shirt and think God she looks chic and I look like I crawled out of bed 30 minutes ago ;) ;)

I always plan something chic then when I get up early, it’s hot, I’m gonna BE hot running around just to get to airport... before I end up leaving my house I look like a bag lady !!!!!! I’m trying to take these tips and ideas, put together some sleeveless tanks with light sweaters, etc so I can have a section of my closer just for “airport “ clothes and at least up my game!!!!
Melissa Ells :HA! My husband is an Intl Pilot... with major airline .. I’ve been all over the world with him.... know what I hate as much as being HOT??? Turbulence!!! He has made me feel better about that - BUT if I’m on HIS flight. He knows to make a PA that says he knows it “feels” uncomfy but is not dangerous!!! But I HATE!!!!! I try to think “ok- he wants to get down just as bad as WE all do”. ..... so he’ll do his best and try not to go thru weather !!!! It’s hard to ignore tho !!!!! I was an FA too... so ya gotta just not worry about it..... seriously!!!!
Would never suggest traveling in white, light clothing because guaranteed to be needing cleaning by the time you reach destination! Darkish colors, layers and no open bags, baskets, where pick pockets are bound to be hovering!

I see that you’re carrying bags that cannot be closed. The contents of the bag can spill out of the bag if there is turbulence. I like to carry bags with zipper closures on planes for this reason.
When I first saw your You tube channel I came to Zara today lol coz I want to buy the 3rd outfit with black blazer but I didnt find it but the sales lady told me she can find it for me if I know the code no. Lol
Hi Lydia, great video as always. I was just curious, when you wear singlets that are borderline halter neck, what do you do about not having bra straps exposed? Do you opt for a strapless bra? I always find them annoyingly uncomfortable. Wish I could go without anything underneath but generally the material is not thick enough, and I’m not edgy enough potential nipple on show haha. Maybe you could do a video discussing any tricks you may have or how you tweak things? x

I always wear trainers (sneekers) in the airport. I had to run for a plane before. They will save your feet trust me on this!

I find planning your outfits ahead and taking pictures on your phone really helps with that!
