I love the channel Ryan. I would be frustrated at a no call no show as well. Marcel needed to leave early, you didn't have to treat him the way you treated him. Although, I don't know if he gave you a heads up ahead of time. Being a business owner myself . When you can’t depend on someone, it’s 1 of 2 reason . 1) they’re taking complete advantage of you . 2) they don’t care about you or your success, haters ,really H8 themselves, for them not being where you are …. Also ,it’s time to look for CDL B or CDL A drivers , in today’s economy, truck driving is where the money is , Wish ya luck . Sometimes in life , our “friends/employees “ will take advantage of your weaknesses. Aka lending money ,paying $20 to employees who arrive on time (yes good incentive, but they only see money . Not your value, for giving them work . You’re a Godly Man , not everyone else is !!!
Business owners always complain about workers not showing up and blah blah but the owner makes more money than the workers. Who's really taking of advantage of who is the question.

Darrell is disrespectful towards Ryan. Ryan treats all of his guys great. Everyone would like to have an employer like Ryan. Darrell can't even return a phone call or give Ryan heads up that hes not coming to work. I hope Ryan is able to get a cdl driver in the near future. STAY STRONG
Your girls, Autumn and Hanna, are such great video producers. They have a great eye for every detail and the instinct to "Get the shot" in spontaneity without having to "Stage" too many shots. And still have good continuity while adding the music. I'm very impressed. My son was a TV news producer and he knows if you don't get the shot, your story is weak or empty. Good Job Girls! It would be hard to NOT think they were getting college training in Multi Media Production.
As someone who has done more than my own share of general labor and been the back to break on a lot of jobsites I just want to say - Someone who is in a position of responsibility (like Daryl) not showing up when expected too puts a lot more people in bad situations than just Ryan (the boss man). Just for example- When someone like me is picking yards and yards of rock on a jobsite and the guy responsible for driving the bobcat/etc doesn't show up I'm now not only having to deal with the regular pyshical stress of picking all day in the heat but I now don't get the help/break the bucket give me as I'm left to do my job PLUS stop and clear out the dirt/rock on my own instead. Which in turn if it happens enough can and most likely will cost you (Ryan in this case) good reliable labor because they will get worn out and tired of being left high and dry and to pick up the pieces so to speak of someone who doesn't even have the respect to give notice.
I just can’t understand how Darryl knows he has to work and not pick up or call to say your late or not coming in. I love the guy but man idk how Ryan deals with it 😂
"Autumn, jump in the Bobcat", love it. I've had this idea that maybe you should get a can of Turtle Wax and when Jr. wants to lean on a hood, he can buff out the hood of the Cornbinder. Man, I wish that I was there. Driving for you would be a sweet gig for a semi-retired guy. How much would you pay and how many hours do you think it would average? Seems like Mr. Bobby always got 15 hours. Can't believe that people aren't lining up.

You’re awesome. If my company had an employee like Darrel.. late almost everyday, causing problems & what not. Just overall not a good employee. He would’ve been fired from the start. You’re a true friend I guess.
With most employers, one no call no show and you’re fired on the spot with no chance of ever being rehired. There must be something with Darryl behind the scenes that we don’t understand because it’s astounding how many opportunities he gets.
I enjoy watching and have seen every episode so far. The editing has been great, good job girls 👍. I always find it funny when you do you 3 or 4 minute rants and then say “I don’t want to complain “ 😂. I’ve been around the work force for a long time but I don’t get how some of your employees treat you. These are grown men and the times they do call in sick they complain about tummy aches and colds. And for the guys that don’t call at and turn their phones off is so disrespectful. I worked for a cousin for 26 years as a diesel mechanic here in NJ. We have about 20 employees, we’ve never went to lunch or went home early or on boat rides and still would never think about just not showing up or calling out for a tummy ache just out of respect for the person paying you and giving you a job. These guys walk all over you and it’s disgusting but I wish you all the best cause it can’t be easy with guys like that.
We'd love to have more updates of bugs. Send him all of our good blessings and respect. You know missing out on work is killing him. The fact he called you and than showed up to talk to you face to face and was early is a sighn of his good character.
Can Darryl get away with skipping work? Yeah. Is he getting paid as much as a reliable version of himself would? Most definitely not. Ryan has to pick and choose his battles because the only thing that matters is longevity and sustainability, so he can put food on his families table. The reality is that workers are hard to find! It’s easier to just put up with the BS and pay them less. Their loss. Remember, if you’re not gonna do something 100% then there’s no point in doing it, Darryl is only wasting his own time.
Sometimes Daryl seems like a liability. I can't get that time he cut a cable line, and then just laughed when Ryan was getting onto him out of my head. He didn't care.

Im a licensed builder and have all the same equipment you have but i dont do concrete. Thats about to change. Anf your the 1st and only person that i ever seen that has a half a bucket on a bobcat. Im going to get one made with a grapple so i can load my garbage truck. And one without a grapple to do concrete. Thanks for all the education you give.
Love your work Ryan, hope to meet you and I wish to work w you one day💯🦾 supporting you from New Zealand!
Glad I can go back and watch his Daughter helping ❤❤❤❤
I love the channel Ryan. I would be frustrated at a no call no show as well. Marcel needed to leave early, you didn't have to treat him the way you treated him. Although, I don't know if he gave you a heads up ahead of time. Marcel seems like a good worker and its really none of his business, if your business has been slacking or not as productive in a couple weeks. It's also not his fault for someone else not showing up and you being frustrated. Maybe there's somethings he's doing that I haven't seen but as far as I could tell, Marcel didn't deserve to be talked to in that manner. I STILL LOVE THE VIDEOS lol, I just didn't see anyone in the comments stick up for him :)
I agree I went looking for this comment. Totally unnecessary one of the most uncool moments I’ve seen Ryan, but once again we don’t know what’s happening behind the scenes
Agree completely. Would have been my last day if I was spoken to like that.
I thought the same
agreed for sure i literally was hoping someone else saw that and 2:30 ?? man that’s really not that bad that’s most of the day
You guys are all soft & probably never done hard work... guess what bosses yell sometimes especially a tuff job like that
Almost at 200k. Been here since 20k subs. Crazy how fast your channel grew
Eric and Francisco are always there and are reliable. They would be there till 9pm if the boss needed them....WOW!
What?
My buddy got me into your channel, I cant stop watching now. Thanks for the content!!
I was delivering Amazon packages to your neighbors across the street and got a sneak peek from the road of crown Vic….looking good Ryan 👍👍👍👍👍👍
You guys do great work! One thing I would recommend is investing in a laser. Makes setting heights 100 times easier than the old school way.
Look at how well Autumn took to driving the Bobcat!!!
Learning how to be a better father, leader and all around good person watching these videos
Man Eric's a baller man him and Francisco seem to work great together
Awesome seeing autumn driving the bobcat. U are a very patient man love ur hard work. Hard 2 find nowadays.
Salute to your Mom Ryan!!💯💯💯
Hey 👍 I remember first time waring glasses, felt very boxed in ! The pair you have in this video look great 👍 !
You need to give Eric and Franco a bonus they are vary liable and for the most part there every day. Thanks for the videos Ryan from your fan Donald Puyleart from Oshkosh Wisconsin.
I think Ryan gives his guys a lot with buying lunches and making sure they have work !!! there are times they are late also and dont answer their phones !!! Nothing worse then trying to line up work when your never sure all the help is going to show up or not !! A lot of STRESS for the boss !!!
They’re late all the time bro that’s not an ideal employee. In construction you should always be early
@@Tyscrat They're late by minutes not days. If you knows construction, you take that everyday.
Gen Z attitude. Thinking guys deserve a bonus for showing up on the job everyday. That’s what a paycheque is for. 1 no call no show anywhere else is a pink slip.
@@helloman3676 worked construction my whole life if you aint 15 mins early youre late
We can all relate , Contractor or not it's the way she goes sometimes. Most of us appreciate you keeping it real and showing exactly how the day is going. By the end of the day you were left with my favorite crew anyhow. Your daughters are adorable, I have one the same age. Francisco and Eric helped get you across the finish line today. Thanks again for the content , I look forward to them every day.
It seems like Darryl is always no call no show when you need him the most
I work for my brother and see the struggles daily and behind the scenes too. Fortunately for him , I run our 5 guy pour team. That frees him up for all the behind the scene work and the tear outs. The value of a good reliable employee is priceless. I feel for you bro. It would be a pleasure to work for you. Your guys couldn’t ask for a better boss and friend. Maybe one day we will cross paths and pour together. God bless
When the recession hits shortly the no call no shows will be first out the door and the best guys will be kept on with whatever work is available.
As a boss this is fact
Jesse Shaffer from Straight-line Engineering here in san diego. Here I am staying up to late watching your videos again. If I'm late I'm blaming you lol.
I think when it comes to Darryl, is when you see how truly compassionate ,caring, generous of a man Ryan really is. I think Ryan has a better understand of Darryl than we do. Ryan we all have seasons, but you will get threw this.
Exactly. I think Ryan practices his faith in all aspects of his life especially with his employees. Forgiveness understanding etc.
I get off of work to watch this crew work I Enjoy your videos
Being a business owner myself . When you can’t depend on someone, it’s 1 of 2 reason .
1) they’re taking complete advantage of you .
2) they don’t care about you or your success, haters ,really H8 themselves, for them not being where you are ….
Also ,it’s time to look for CDL B or CDL A drivers , in today’s economy, truck driving is where the money is ,
Wish ya luck .
Sometimes in life , our “friends/employees “ will take advantage of your weaknesses.
Aka lending money ,paying $20 to employees who arrive on time (yes good incentive, but they only see money . Not your value, for giving them work .
You’re a Godly Man , not everyone else is !!!
100%
I have been thinking the same thing all a long !!!
Yeah you nailed it! No call no show doesn't fly with me
He will lose respect from the other guys too if he lets Daryl get away with it
Business owners always complain about workers not showing up and blah blah but the owner makes more money than the workers. Who's really taking of advantage of who is the question.
My bro Brandon showed me your channel when you came out to ride with him and your son. Im a painter myself and seen that awesome job you did on that fender too. Been watching your channel every day since. You and your crew do some awesome concrete work and videos. Keep up the hard work and great content. God bless
Ryan I know exactly how you feel I have days like these as well with my guys, I just think to myself just hang in there tomorrow would be a new day🤷🏻♂️ and Francisco and Eric are the A team!🤙🏼
Waoo. Excelente trabajo como siempre trabajo gracias 🙏
Putting one of the girls in the bobcat was a fabulous idea!
You dont have to apologize for having a frustrating day. We all have them thats whats good about this channel its no acting. Thats how life is real emotions. Your workers know when your frustrated they feel your emotions they are very loyal guys. I love this channel i feel like im a small part of this concrete family. Thats when you know you have something good. Thank you so much god bless you and your family. Also the concrete family.
Hey bud keep your head up, the lord gives his toughest missions to his strongest soldiers, I know a lot has happened lately and it has been super hard but just keep going. The lord is showing you how strong you are and how much you can handle. Wish I had a boss with the patients you have! God bless you sir
Yes sir. I'm doing good, it's all part of the deal.
I'm a low voltage technician for spectrum internet. Been watching some of these videos on TH-cam after seeing enough pop up I decided to check out the TH-cam channel. I really wanna do this as a job now.
STAY STRONG
While Darrell might be unreliable, he's probably not very expensive.
@@caden01691 But either way its not fair to Ryan ! if he has a cdl I bet he is getting a good buck !!!
Ryan power trips though
@@tnolan3176 Ryan is only doing it to himself, it's his choice to keep Daryl on as an employee
DARREL IS AN ABSOLUTELY
That's exactly right. Not only that but it puts me in a bad mood which all the other guys have to deal with that day. Stay tuned.
@@VictoryOutdoorServices he’s fired …
@@imissme8313 I sure hope he is
Love how you make it work. Started saying Easy Money at work now and it makes it so much better knowing you are making your hard earned money
Love your channel, I wish you posted more videos during the week but I understand it takes a lot of your time to do so. But I can wish, can’t I ?
I'm watching the video now, about 3/4 in, and that sound effect when the guys are hammering, that got me ! Soo freaking awesome😁🤣
Always the Mexicans pulling through 💪💪
Love going back and watching these old videos. Ryan was in RARE form this day. Can't say I blame him.
I just can’t understand how Darryl knows he has to work and not pick up or call to say your late or not coming in. I love the guy but man idk how Ryan deals with it 😂
Stay tuned
sounds like hes getting canned soon lol
That beak attachment is awesome! You are so lucky to have your mom bringing you all lunch. My mom passed away last year and I really miss her. ❤
Can't believe that people aren't lining up.
how are you gonna live on 15 hours???
Semi retired read bro

@@BruinsPastaSauce you just had to comment right away. We know it was a long comment, but try to read the whole thing first, I know it’s tough for some.
Love the grind and the fact you keep family around. Been traveling Tyson r highschool due to my mother not wanting to speak to me anymore. So love to see the relationship with momma dukes
Love Eric, Fransisco and Marcel and of course the Daryl show, but who might just be your next Bugs! Fransisco might have the nod IMO peeps.... 🙂
U seem like a pretty awsome guy
Hard worker for sure
Really enjoy the content man
Hard work makes the man
Keep it up
man you a good boss but dnt let your workers take advantage of your kindness fire them if they stay at home to much
These guys are very lucky to work for a boss like yourself.Very forgiving and easy on them come and go as they please work when they want or when they don't .Oh happy anniversary to you and the wife
As Donald Trump would say Daryl Your Fired😀👍
Who’s that?
You’re awesome. If my company had an employee like Darrel.. late almost everyday, causing problems & what not. Just overall not a good employee. He would’ve been fired from the start. You’re a true friend I guess.
With most employers, one no call no show and you’re fired on the spot with no chance of ever being rehired. There must be something with Darryl behind the scenes that we don’t understand because it’s astounding how many opportunities he gets.
I think they have been friends since high school
@@gm4ulkill you think you make that much on door dash? Your dreaming buddy
You must be doing something right if the 2 younger members of the team are the most reliable you have at the moment! Keep it up Eric and Francisco!
@@garysavala665 hard to find a mexican in the construction game that doesn't work hard. It's in their blood
We'd love to have more updates of bugs. Send him all of our good blessings and respect. You know missing out on work is killing him. The fact he called you and than showed up to talk to you face to face and was early is a sighn of his good character.
Wow, for being a Monday and short handed, you got a lot of work done.
I think it's time to buy Scott a pair of concrete boots and get him on the job.
I’d wager Scott would puddle CIRCLES around Eric and Frannie!
Fine job as always! I'm proud to be a part of this construction community here In SE Wisconsin your videos prove how hard most of us work daily!
