APNABI Autismo Bizkaia - 'ASD Women'

This is a short documentary produced by APNABI Autismo Bizkaia, the leading association of people with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) of Bizkaia (Basque Contry) and their families. It collects the testimonials of five women with autism who share their life experiences with the aim of making visible the reality of women on the spectrum, often related to a late diagnosis that has a negative impact on their well-being as well as access to help and support resources. It also seeks to raise awareness in favor of research on the priorities of girls and women with autism to promote their fundamental rights.
