The price is right, but looks like a mosquito haven until LOTS of money is spent on drainage solutions.
Someone who knows ground work could install a drainage ditch while putting in the driveway and make short work of it.

Interesting property. Never lived off grid. Is solar power and well feasible for refrigerator and drinking water?
Yes it is. I live off grid.
Keep in mind that you’ll need to clear an area of trees (and shade) to get good sun for solar, or put the panels high, which will ADD to the expense. 😊
