Ahsoka arrived later than most characters we know in the SW universe, yet they managed to make her the best character of the entire franchise
Itakafu i love luke but ahsoka is the best developed character in the entire franchise by far. not to mention ahsoka literally grew from being a bratty padawan to one of the most selfless heroes in star wars, victory & death proved that even more with her choosing not to kill the clones & bury them after their deaths.
@Itakafu Yes lol. Besides, Luke was really disapointing in the new trilogy. Felt like they ruined his character. Still like him, but Ahsoka got the best character developpement for sure.

Divio18 the thing with luke is as well developed as he is we really only got four movies to see his character evolve which is around a couple hours total. whereas ahsoka got around six seasons worth of development, plus one season of rebels post clone wars so yeah ahsoka wins for sure

Burying the dead is the most haunting and ethereal star wars piece I've heard. It's beautiful. Ahsoka will always be the best character in clone wars.

Watching order 66 from her perspective was really heart breaking. It saddens me even more that the next time she sees Anakin he will be fighting her as Darth Vader. Their friendship was so amazing and it’s so sad that they didn’t get to speak more before he turned. The Clone Wars was my entire childhood and finishing it before I go off to college in the fall was a great conclusion to my childhood. When Vader came and picked up her lightsaber at the end I was a mess. However, I couldn’t have asked for a better ending to the best animated show ever made.

@@Atut1413 Yeap... Sorry for ruining the surprise lol, but she's in it. Rosario Dawson cast as Ahsoka Tano to play her in live-action future contents. And she's gonna appear on the Mandalorian season 2 this October. Disney was planning to announce this at Star Wars Celebration this year, stay tuned.

A surprise, to be sure, but a welcome one.
This is a lovely arrangement. I especially loved the kick up into "Where The Sun Sails and The Moon Walks", and how you tied it into the slightly different variation in "It's Over Now". Bravo!
You had to end the track with the last 4 most emotional and saddest pieces!

The final arc (last 4 episodes) is probably the best Star Wars content I have ever seen. The duel between Maul and Ashoka was epic.

Ahsoka Tano, my hero. My only friend when I was growing up. My idol. My favorite star wars character of all time. Ahsoka and I Grew yo together. So I feel connected to her in way that feels so extraordinary I can’t even explain it. May the force be with you, Snips.

She was the one I felt I had to both protect and fight for.
I kept telling my friends, "I see potential in her. I like her." They called me crazy, said she wasn't important.
I laughed at them.
I remember watching the Clone Wars for the very first time (the movie) back when it came out, before the actual series. So many people disliked it and sure, some things about it were not perfect but what is. That scene with Anakin though: "It is the will of the force that you're by my side...". This is the first time that I took notice of Ahsoka's theme and it was so hauntingly beautiful, I was really optimistic and hopeful of the things to come.
She returns to us now, with graceful ferocity and a pure heart
Watching the entire Clone Wars in one week for the first time was not a good idea
I was not ready for all that emotion, friendship, and loss

Ashokas theme leaves a mark on everyones heart. It always grips me emotionally. I am well satisfied on how the toon reflects her character. I hope they keep it for the mandalorian season 2.
So I watched Clone Wars a lot later than most. It was when Season 7 was announced that I decided, it was time I finally tackled it. I had heard such good things about it, and especially about the growth of Ahsoka. But even still I was skeptical. And I really didn't care for her at first. I didn't hate her, I just didn't care for her. But her growth over the show is so powerful, and after I watched Season 7 and finished Rebels, she is now my all time favorite Star Wars character, and in fact up there with my favorite characters in fiction, tied with Iroh from ATLA. The direction they took her was truly a stroke of genius for Star Wars and just proves to my why Dave Filoni is the rightful heir to Lucasfilm
I remember watching a video once on youtube about how they intentionally made her seem childish, cocky, stubborn, and naive in the earlier episodes to they could make her a much more well rounded character by the end of the series. Gotta say, it was a very risky decision but it paid off in full + interest!

The more I think about Ashoka’s backstory and future, the more I grow to love the character. It’s not fair to make this comparison, but I see strong similarities in her to potentially Starkiller as far as character development, backstory, and power goes

The difference between Ahsoka and Rey is that Ahsoka matured, developed, and grew. She struggled. She faced problems and overcame them through blood sweat and sacrifice. She was flawed and worked to overcome those flaws.
Rey did none of those things.
this was the scene in clone wars that made me cry the absolute hardest. I ended up sobbing uncontrollably for 2 hours watching it with my sister, and i was inconsolable for days. man.

Her master, Anakin was a child when he would dream of days he would be free. Anakin was a child when the wizards came, one being the closest thing to a father he had. He was taken from his mother and had to watch the funeral of his father, not knowing what to do next. He had feelings for the girl who came. And she likewise. More and more he heard the Jedi telling him that love is the end of the world and more and more his heart ached. He married the woman, having no other choice but to hide his relationship. Then his mother was kidnapped and slaughtered in front of his eyes because they would not let him go save her, yet he could not show his sorrow because of the beliefs of the jedi. Everything started piling on and then his wife was pregnant. In the moment he enjoyed it but deep inside his mind a thousand thoughts crossed his mind. How was he gonna hide this? Would he have to get a fake husband for her? He had to balance all of his emotions with the war and his padawan. He finally exploded, his brother trying to kill him then abandoning him instead of helping him when he was in all this pain. This made him hate the Jedi even more. And thus Darth Vader was born and his padawan’s life was changed forever
