This week I am staying at Center Parcs, Elveden, for my Mums 60th Birthday, so naturally, I brought all my camera gear with me to go out and take some wildlife photos.

Great pictures and video of the Muntjac Deer. I've never heard of those before. Very cute. I also liked the photo of the Mallard and duckling crossing the road. Good job.

Great video. I have not been to Centre Parcs for a while, but when I visited Elveden, I found the muntjac quite elusive, well, at least when I had my camera! I did get them in hide, which was busy with birds, but it was freezing cold in February!
Gosh I can imagine that hide would be very cold ❄️🥶 shame that the muntjac were a bit elusive for you.

Currently staying at Center Parks Elveden and have taken pictures of my grand daughter hand feeding Muntjac deer outside our lodge. They are so tame.

Looks like a really place. I was surprised at how nice it was. I find wildlife photography is the only kind of photography that gives me a buzz. You know you only have a moment or two to get a shot before they're off. We have muntjac deer here in my local forest, Mortimer forest in shropshire
They are very shy and fast moving. Nice videos and photos as usual.
Oh wow, that's not too far from me in the grand scheme of things. I did see some Reds up at Rodney's Pillar, which is the closest I've seen to home. The muntjac proper vanish on you when the ferns are high, hopefully you will manage to get some nice shots of them though 👍

Nice video! How do you record the pov footage? What camera, mount and mic do you use?
Glad you like the video! I use an insta360 X3 on a hotshoe mount (amzn.to/3RUJkeb) it works really well, for this video I just used the in camera mic on my phone and the x3 and used come compression and voice isolation in davinci resolve, but I usually use the DJI mics 👍

Haha yeah its very commercial, but we only did crazy golf and bowling and the pool is free. Then we brought our own games and food so we didn't need to spend much, once inside the parc 👍
