For sure the store is very upscale probably second to none in Iran, very clean and stocked with brand name products which makes me think what sanctions are imposed on Iran. I left Iran 12 years ago and I remember my salary was 375 T back then. The current prices are unbelievable, in fact, the change from 12 years ago is ENORMOUS. The prices are quite similar to Vancouver, where I live. It’s funny that travel to Iran is not cheap for us anymore.

In general prices in Iran are quite similar to Peru. The only expensive things I saw were the blueberries and the dragon friut, probably are imported fruits. Here we have a big production of those fruits, maybe that is why here is far cheaper.

Thank you for uploading this video. Obviously, it is an upscale shopping store equivalent to WholeFoods in the US. I'm very impressed with how clean and organized the store is and with the selection of the products. Overall, I want to say the prices are almost the same as the US grocery stores, but I also consider that these prices must be a little too for some Iranians living there. For those that make $$$ and spend $$$, the prices are reasonable.

سلام, خسته نباشید۔ قیمتها با جاییکه من زندگی میکنم یکی هست, فقط پاستیل در ایران ارزانتر هست۔ ممنون از زحمت شما, خیلی کار جالبی کردی و از سوپر و قیمتها فیلم گرفتی۔ احسنت۔ ولی با درامد مردم در ایران این قیمتها خیلی خیلی بالاست, یعنی مردم ایران دقیقا درامدشون ریال هست و خرج یورو۔ خدایی خیلی سخته
۔و خیلی جالبه برام که من حدود ۳۳ سالی میشه در غربت زندگی میکنم, از دوران نوجوانی , شرکت نرم افزار کامپیوتر دارم, و به زبان فرانسه و انگلیسی تسلط کامل دارم, تمام روز و شب هم اصلا کسی نیست که فارسی صحبت کنم, ولی هنوز برای همه و شما و ایرانیهای عزیز فارسس مینویسم۔
تعجب من اینه که شما فارسی صحبت میکنی و توضیح میدید ,ولی خیلی از ایرانیهای عزیز انگلیسی با شما مکالمه میکنن, خیلی برام جالبه,حالا طرف مثلا ۵ سالی هست در اروپا یا امریکا زندگی میکنه, و زبان اون کشورو هم قول میدم بلد نیست۔ امان از دست ما ایرانیها۔ وقت خوش.

Overall the prices in Iran are quite similar to prices in india. Some differences i noticed are-
1. The energy drinks ( we don't have much varity in india because not a lot of people drink that. I believe redbull is the most popular here) and soft drinks are very cheaper in iran. In india its double or sometimes 3 times.
2. Shampoos are cheaper in india.
3. fruits are cheaper in india, Bakery items are cheaper in iran.
Of cource all of this comparison i am doing is based on my experience living in a metropolitian city. Prices may vary in different cities and different states of india as they have different tax policies.

i still remember when visiting tehran in 70s (1974 during asian games and 1977 during my father's biz trip to plasco headoffice there usd1 was around irr 17 to 20 i would say that time tehran was similar to dubai now. food prices were more less same to those retailed in US and western europe. KFC and mc d-s were easy to find in business district of tehran.

Hello, I agree with you but, if we look at Iran 🇮🇷 in general..this Country is the best in the world for me as a black man.
I am hiring 3 German scientists for my private laboratory into Fiji, they are the best!
But when I found Iran 🇮🇷 last year through cooking videos I was amazed.
Look at the American 🇺🇸 killings..
of children last week.
My country is going the wrong way in terms of our land.. meaning moving away from our traditional and cultural knowledge!
