This is something in addition to that. It helps to quiet the mind and body so you can sit, observe and be in the moment without getting anxious, or fidgety. Also Yoga would be great for you because it makes you hold a pose for a certain length of time, which also is like meditation. Maybe you should donate your broken gear to people who can use them for parts to fix other gear. Seems like a better way to declutter than just keeping it all on a shelf. Many people need parts to fix other cameras. Recycle them!
