@@NiceGuyErick You just roleplayed psycho-predator, it's fine I got the same thing on ps1 while playing Syphon Filter, I just killed the first guy I saw and turned out this was our ally, but I was too stupid to understand that, had to wait for my father when he played it in the evening and actually read the text
Thank you very much friend, luckily I got into this video, for a moment I thought it was my graphics that was failing or something like that, I tried with many configurations and that bug always appeared, then I downloaded an updated version of the emulator and it was solved the problem.
~ 19:00 - Apologies as I never played this on the original hardware : Were those bright horizontal and vertical lines stretching beyond characters part of the original experience or were they an affectation of the emulator? If the latter, any tips on mitigation?

It's the emulator mate.. everything will work perfectly fine if u use Software Mode. ^^
