I’ve been buying cupcake cakes for years but this is my first time ever watching how they’re made. All of my kids are too old for taking cakes to school for their birthday but when they were little it was so much easier to buy cupcake cakes for them to distribute to their classmates. I would also bring ice cream in the cup with the wooden spoon.
I'm surprised we don't do this for most kids parties... it's makes it so you don't need to cut out slices, or worry about kids hurting themselves or others with forks or spoons.

I can't say I've ever heard of young kids hurting themselves or others with a plastic spoon... The thing my mom and aunt always had the biggest issue was the dyes in the frosting being a huge mess! Trying to wipe food coloring off of everyone and everything was the band of my mom's existence! My mom also was a caterer and baker, and she was always dumbfounded at the amount of people with young children requesting navy blue and red frosting: "Are you sure about that? Navy blue or black icing requires a ton of dye... it's likely to stain everything the kids touch." I wasn't even a messy kid, and she wouldn't let me near a blue cupcake lol
@elicenithcaropimienta2418 you take the paper off before eating it just like you would with a regular cupcake! It keeps the cake moist, you don't need to cut it and other people don't have their fingers all over the food you eat! 🤷♀️
The woman who made the song passed away from cancer she wanted the proceeds of making the song to go to her son so she put it in his name and all her other songs so people should I go listen to it I think her name is cat or something like that but yeah really sad her son was only like 8 or 9 years old she passed away it's the saddest thing I've ever ever heard of well I've heard a lot of sad things but this is just sad she's a wonderful woman did not deserve to die so young
She has had a lot of practice. A tip, use a trigger ice cream scoop to put the batter into the paper liners in the tray. The kind where a thin piece of metal slides along the inside of the scoop to empty it. It's a huge help and makes sure all the cupcakes are the same size.
I see sheet cakes like this all the time in grocery stores. The classic primary colored balloons and bright sprinkles. That design is a classic, whether on a sheet cake or cupcakes
