Playing as the badass Ash in this game is so cool, the graphics look amazing, the monsters look so freaking damn awesome, the combat is absolutely badass awesome , Sam is an amazing badass sidekick character plus he is quite funny, the level designs are quite great, the boss fights are so nice, the atmosphere is so beautiful, and the ending for this game is excellent! Overall, Evil Dead Regeneration is an Amazing Badass Evil Dead Game and it becomes one of my favorite evil dead games!
i used to play this game in a little store in my dads small town in mexico i remember id play on the gaming machine and he would play pool and drink up with his friend right next door and they would play music in that small store so every now and then id pop up “hey dad u got another coin “ boom ik running back to play this or gta san andreas this was 2009- 2011 he would visit us every year from the u.s

Movies games usually sucks but this ain`t case with this game, it was true to its genre and enjoyed this in childhood, hope this comes to steam and they make new Evil Dead single player third person game.

Also it features the voices of the actors from the original Evil Dead movie (except the sequels) and the TV series. Plus you can also play as a Kandarian demon and possess other players or you can just play with bots if you don't want to play online - though you still need be connected to the internet if you want to save the achievements/trophies in your profile.
The line "Sing for the King" is a continuity error as this predates Army of Darkness. Still a great looking game for the PS2 era, though. A modern day remake would be a dream come true.

The original movie Evil Dead II with the great Bruce Campbell marked my childhood when I saw it for the first time in the mid 80s, and although this movie seemed comical, ridiculous and disgusting to me, I always thought that it could be a great video game and when this idea It became a reality years later, it did not disappoint me at that time ... it's just that, at present, it already shows something outdated and insufficient, a new version would not hurt
A fistful of Boomstick was definitely better with the many different weapons and actually finding ammo for all the weapons. Going through history too made it more interesting. This game is still good but a combo of the 2 games would be great but minus Sam since Ash is a one man army.
I got to admit this game had some good one liners ash said I bet you be some kind of a knockout if you trade in the granny wear for thigh high stockings and a bra that pushed up your yams lmao
YOOOO i just found out where the video config file is for the evil dead regeneration! You can set whatever resolution you want! It works perfectly and even automatically adjusts the FOV to your new resolution. You need to open regedit and navigate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\THQ\Evil Dead Regeneration\Settings\Display

I love the gore, makes it realistic.
The evil ash transformation in the game kind of reminds me of the devil trigger from the devil may cry series.
