@@pederfree1251 I don’t believe so. If it needed to be recalibrated after being removed and reinstalled in the same exact position, I would be really concerned. It’s adaptive isn’t it?

@@pederfree1251 Fingers crossed then! Haven’t had any issues on the 3 VAGs that we’ve removed the front bumper and have ACC. Do you have experience with some issues being caused by not recalibrating that you can share?

Thanks, bud! I really love the Urano Grey and the color scheme he has going. The tree is always awesome, but is also a bit extra for a couple of weeks in the fall.
Good work on the video and thanks for being so detailed about the process. The chapter breakdown was very helpful too. Shout out fellow PNW hopefully I see you on the streets out here.
I don't have personal experience going that fast with it, but I've read many others who have this lip and report 130+ MPH (210+ KMH) on the track without issues. Plus the fact that aerofabb includes their aerobrace makes it even harder for this thing to come apart at speed. If anything, your whole bumper may come off with it, haha.
Hey, there are some older videos of people attempting to do this without removing the bumper and I seem to recall them all hating themselves for attempting it that way. We really struggled with the grill here, but overall removing the bumper isn't too hard. Good luck if you try it with the bumper on!
@@Vaguh yea I've got the flush kit from ecs basically the exact same thing. I may have to get the kw v1. I was thinking those or bilstein. Did you do the install? I'm guessing thats like a 6 or 8 hour job right? I've never done it before.
If nothing else, I hope you learn a lot about how the grill and bumper are attached on the MK7.5 GTI. I sure didn't expect it to have THAT many tabs.
Doesn’t the acc needs to be recalibraited when it has been disconnected?? 😬😳

Love that color on the rabbit. It's cool how your friends are so close and all have dope cars. Cool tree btw 👍

Thanks! We hate when people post “install” vids and you only get half of the work (usually only the easy parts). PNW for life!
0:20 - Adam realized he needs a wagon :P
Wagon is goal!
Nice looking front spitter and love those red leaves on your drive
Thanks guys! The splitter is solid, but the leaves are a beautiful mess.
That af front splitter is awesome af!
You’re awesome AF!
Man I miss my Mk7.
Glad we can keep your glass filled with MK7 content.
How is the aerodynamics of the front lip? Because my front lip from maxton design cracked at 220kmh.

Where’d you get those badges?
The grill and other badges were purchased at badgeskins.com/. They are the best!
How to order bumper and spoiler aerofabb
You can order through their web site. www.aerofabb.com/
is the gti lowered? and on springs or coilovers if so
Yep, he is on KW coil overs. If you’re on IG, check him out. instagram.com/r4b1d_r4bb1t

How much does the lip stick out?
Hey, sorry we missed this! I'd say it stick out about 1.5" to 2".
What is he lowered on?
KW V1 coilovers.
@@Vaguh is it lower fully? I have a cornflower blue rabbit. His fitment is exactly what I want.
Nope, it could be lower. He also has the wheel spacer kit from Deutsche Auto Parts.

@@DatGameCollector He had a local shop do the install, but what you said sounds about right.
