200g Egg Noodles
20-25 medium size prawns ( cleaned and deviened)
1 medium size carrot (julienne)
8 french beans (cut diagonally)
Red, yellow and green colour capcicum 1/2 of each(cut into strips)
(red and yellow capcicum optional)
3 finely chopped spring onions
2 beaten eggs
Salt as per taste
1/4 tbsp Maggie cube
Water as required to boil the noodles
Oil as required
