@@trisial6997 he wasnt, not even in 2003. Of course Ronnie got bigger overall but when it comes to the back alone, Dorian always has the edge. @@diabolical92 of course, dorian was 260 SHREDDED ( maybe more) and phil is maybe 245 lb and not as conditioned, not even close.

He's awesome but he didn't follow Heavy Duty (workout 3x every 2 weeks); he followed Blood and Guts (workout 3x every week). It's so important to train frequently regardless of whether you follow high volume or high intensity.
