Push past the pain & change your life
Shoutout to this epic song-
• John Murphy In the Hou...
(you might also recognize it from the film 28 days later)
If you share the video, I'll give you a cookie...(Protein cookie of course)
Jordi Benlliure = 300 lbs of mucle 🎉🎉🎉🎉
STEROID LOSERS!
Stay natural buddy!
Music?
His physique in the 1993 black and white photoshoot is the epitome of bodybuilding for me. It just doesn't get any better than that. The greatest combination of mass and conditioning I have ever seen.
A real MONSTER!
@@FYM-FCKYOURMOTIVATION thank you for doing this. Dorian is my favorite modern bb. None granier and dense. Coleman and heath were smooth. Dexter ok maybe, but not beasty. Rhodan or Jay were not granite like Yates.
@@JesusOnlySavesEternally Dorian is a one-of-a-kind monster!
exactly, the first (and best) mass monster, but not the freaks we have today..
My favorite, has been for years. His philosophy on training, even tweaked by what he'd do differently nowadays is still tops.
He is my favorite bodybuilder... serious and no bullshit.....a definition of a iron warrior...a.k.a the shadow!
can we get part 2 to this. i swear i listen to this every workout.
There are definitely more Dorian videos on the horizon
@F*CK YOUR MOTIVATION love ur work man💯
@@omgitsmsj7150 Appreciate it man! Don't ever quit.
Arnold didn't make bodybuilding what it is today..... 'DORIAN DID'!
The last TRUE Mr. Olympia
Dorian is a monster when it comes to his mindset, his attitude and his physique and his career. An awesome specimen. But the video of him is at a completely different level. Given me goosebumps. FML you did your work man 💪
Thanks a ton for the kind words! More to come!💪
the charge that dorian put in me every time i say
" i'm the big fish" during my work out...
Best Dorian's video.
The music it's perfect.
Thank you
You're welcome! More to come! 💪
If you have ever trained or worked with Dorian before, either online or offline. You would know what it means to train to failure every time. and You will understand how impossible it seems everytime. The result comes after is going to shock you thou. I personally have been under DY academy for a whole year. Its hell and back every day every training. Just one year the result is crazy thou. you are basically putting on muscle and mass of a couple years on your body within one year
Met him in 93 a week after he won the olympia, unreal mass
Monster among men
You deserve more subs! This pushes me through. Great video! 💪🏽
Glad to hear it. Don't ever quit! More coming
I lifted in a gym just like that in Manchester TN. We called it The Cellar because it was down stairs in a basement like that. I never got anywhere near as big as Yates, but we had a few monsters there.
Something to be said about those 'dungeon' type gyms
Skin was paper thin. While being the 1st mass monster. Just crazy.
I think Dorian did it smarter than Ronnie, he looks fantastic now, good hair, lean and healthy. And he can walk, so I think he did it better. Of course he got injured too, but not crippled.
Ok bro, ahora callate
Truly inspirational man
Glad you enjoyed it, more to come.
God them Brits are awsome
Yes they are
The music playing in the background sounds like from 40 Days Later movie opening
That's because it is! (at least a cover of it- link in descrip). Good ear 🦻🎼
Goddamn this video is a hit. Proud of you man!
"The Shadow"
What's the music at the end?
The name of the last part
Big Lee was something els no doubt, but Dorian wtf...!
This is a gym.
Yes a very hardcore gym at that!
@@FYM-FCKYOURMOTIVATION in the 80,s i used to train in a gym like that.
Dorians back, shoulders, calves and overall conditioning were unprecedented, even shocking. I remember seeing him in the 90s and had that instant gut feeling that I’d never seen a human body like that before in my life. It really was all new uncharted territory in pro Bodybuilding.
He's truly one in a lifetime
@@FYM-FCKYOURMOTIVATION How true you are, DEDICATION, HUNGER, And total COMMITMENT. only COLEMAN comes close, But DORIAN didn't have incredible genetics just an incredible MIND SET, god bless you.
@@FYM-FCKYOURMOTIVATION I once saw him just calmly walking through a crowd of fans who come to see him guest pose/seminar at David Lloyds in Southall, London 1996/97. They parted like Moses parting the Red Sea, he signed cards, photos etc… even in lightweight leisure clothes he was unlike anything I’ve seen before 😂 his profession ‘Bodybuilder’ doesn’t quite cut it, what comes to mind is more like body morphologist. It’s clear now that he was doing a clever and very strict HIT workout, pharma and diet routine way above what US champs were doing. Even some weeks away from Mr. O 1997 he was massive, and round faced indicating he was nowhere near shredded. You can understand how he would look on the day why he wins Mr. O and all the ordinary bodybuilders are happy to fight for 2nd place, as excellent as they are. I heard it said that his Mr O pics that you see in mags and vids have never really captured the level of detail and granite hardness, I definitely believe that.
@joe blogs I know, Ray, Wheeler, Labrada, symmetrical, sculpted, defined, proportioned… then you see the Yates juggernaut and cannot imagine how anyone has a chance against that mass, lat spread and dry, alround granite condition. It says something when he can still win with a f*cked up bicep, but in all honesty Sonbatty deserved that 1997 win, the rest of the field had caught up by then.
Dorian set the bar, "GOAT!"
That lunatic training partner...what an asset.
Absolutely. Training environment is key!
SQUEEZE IIIIIITTTTTT!!
FINISH IIIIIITTTTTT!!
Dorian was simply a monk..no fancy stuff, no glitter, just pure dedication..
And hard-ass work
That he is my favorite over Ronnie...they both are gods of bodybuilding, but Dorian have that cold seriousness edgy..
@@morelix7438 indeed, my favorite too
Such a good Dorian edit, got me in that tunnel vision before training. Music choice was on point too
Appreciate it. Dorian's my fave
Dorian always marched to his own drum...still does......total respect
A true pioneer & legend
Exactly what I hunt for in a hardcore gym motivation, more of this, my man
Glad to hear it! More en route
He looked so much different off season to the stage.
Even freakier in the off season
Bulking
Dorian Yates the goat 💯💯🔥🔥
He's always been my personal favorite
@@FYM-FCKYOURMOTIVATION He is my 👌🏻favourite too..👑King of 🔥Intensity..The ☝🏻One & Only; Dorian 💪🏻"THE SHADOW" Yates...!!!❤️✊🏻💯
Absolutely, no one, and I mean no one, has been as well conditioned as Dorian Yates. My absolute favourite of all time.
@@posniknelb6114 Same
What you guys don't know is that Dorrian was on steroids that's why his muscles were so big.............if you think you can just start lifting weights and end up being like Dorrian you are in for a big disappointment.
Loved Temple Gym! Went there in 93-94, had no idea who Dorian Yates was for a few weeks, then he was behind the counter , so humble and normal, making protein shakes etc. Blown away when i started looking deeper 🙏 thanks Dorian, now my son is so enthusiastic too!
His discipline was unmatched
Everyone inspires me but nothing inspires more than ORIGINAL DORAIN YATES 🙏FOREVER GOAT
The most HARD CORE place on this planet sort of like torture room in dingy street.Big respect to my old time favorite hero.
This is the best Dorian video ever. It truly defines his attitude not only in bodybuilding but life. The shadow is the greatest ever.
Appreciate it! Dorian has always been my favorite bodybuilder, so it really comes from the heart.
💯💯💯
Trained in a gym similar to this in Vietnam. No shirt/shoes, 90/90 temperature and humidity. Best. Times. Of. My. Life. Music is outstanding but too loud my brother. Hard for this old man to hear Dorian speak.
Yeah nothing beats a good ol' sweat shop. Gotcha I'll try to be more aware of volume levels on the next one, that's a huge pet peeve of mine as well.
This video is amazing. Thank you for making this bro
Appreciate it. More to come!
I’m late but this is the best “motivational gym video” I have seen, the music and Edit is perfect, I guess I appreciate Dorian more and relate a bit as a new lifter
Never too late my friend! Thanks for the comment and keep grinding.
I dont listen to music in my headphones when in the gum. I listen to this on repeat. It gets me fired up 100%.
Thanks for making this 👍
Shark blood and guts skin head .rules , I love listening sir Dorian Yates of course what he said right .I mean how any bodybuilder could go to the Temple gym to be the biggest if sir Dorian Yates 300++ pound are the fucking kidding are what are the mad .not when he is king of monsters and the first of is coine .respect sir Dorian Yates 🇬🇧
I love Yates
For me he is the GOAT

if you are not motivated to work your ass off and sweat blood after this motivatoon video.... you are not a bodybuilder. stay home and eat potatoe chips in front of your tv.
everything here IS ON POINT.

Hello darkness my old friend
With this amazing video you have earned my subscription to your channel. Dorian...simply monstrous.

Had to subscribe after this one!
Appreciate it. More en route!
Unbelievable shape hard as a rock and shredded like granite , for me the best competition shape of anyone.
Completely agree Jon. Dorian's my forever fave
My favorite Bodybuilder of all time
Just Perfect.
Appreciate it. More to come!
If I heard Dorians grunts while working out I’d be nervous to go down those stairs as well !
You'd probably assume somebody was on a torture rack!
Talk about substance over style, Dorian is so inspiring. Well done sir.
This gym is perfect. Isolated like dungeon. I really want train like this. Isolated from world only training all day
On my way to the gym I always gotta listen to this. It’s perfect
Good quality content, keep it coming brother. God Bless 🙏
More is on the way!
The conditioning and body fat he had for for his size will never be matched ever again, absolute freak
#legend
I'm the same it's why I workout at midnight sometimes 1 to 1.30 in the morning, casue there's no one there and if there is, they're usually finishing up their workout just after I arrive. No distractions, you can just focus on what you need to do and have access to the equipment. I completely understand his mentality.
FOR THE MASS 🦍🦁.
Mass for days!
Shoutout to the 28 Days Later Crew. A video I did a while back featuring the 28 Days Later theme
th-cam.com/video/34RGBCCFPGw/w-d-xo.html
Excellent vid my friend! Cillian Murphy's a stud in both but yeah the soundtrack is legendary
The legend
It is amazing to me to see this guy back then and talk about HIT or whatever knowing the guys was doing tons of drugs to be like that so no matter what he did he was going to grow like a mutant and looking at him now just like Ronnie, it is sad and also I lost all respect for them. To me there is no merit on using steroids and then bragging about themselves... it is like bragging about my physique as if I did something to "earn" a physique, it was given by nature! How could an intelligent Human being bragg about a gift??
This guy went from jail to a king. I aspire to rise like that.
I was lucky to go to Temple Gym in the early 2000's. Place just felt different.
It's kind of interesting that trauma in the background of a person can push him to become the very best version of himself and dorian is the best example of that
Sometimes you have to re-purpose your struggles and turn them into a positive thing!
This reminds me of Rocky training 😎
Hell yeah, this is low-tech, non-Drago training
He truly was the rocky balboa of bodybuilding when it came to training
What’s this background music?
Search for the music from the movie 28 days after
@@suedmp thank you. I knew it sounded familiar.
th-cam.com/video/Duam7RMOjNU/w-d-xo.html
Yes it's a remix of the 28 days later soundtrack, here's the link to it.
Dorian's legs are underrated. They might be my favorite in history. They get lost with his bsck, tris, etc...but nobody has legs like him these days.
Totally agree. In my opinion, they're the best of anyone since the steroid era began. The reason: he had what used to be termed "riding britches" thighs -- meaning that (unlike the turnip- or balloon-shaped thighs of recent competitors) they were narrower at the top & wide at the bottom -- similar to Steve Reeves & John Grimek. (Robert Kennedy, in "Hardcore Bodybuilding" & "Beef It", talked about how that shape set Reeves apart from his competitors.) As with a high chest (which both Reeves & Yates had, too), it gives a "superhero" look to the physique, & is probably one of the main reasons for Yates' multiple wins.
if someone say
Great edit can you do more of thise aggressive bodybuilding clips. Great music too
Oh they're coming my friend! Thanks for the feedback
@@FYM-FCKYOURMOTIVATION yes man plz share only old school stuff....🤤❣️❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic edit
Appreciate it. Dorian's my fave and deserved the time and effort
To me, Dorian Yates started the mass monsters trend.
Not just to you my friend, I think the exact same!
That BF% had to be around 3%. …crazy
Nothing but fucking warriors.
Bit like Len Sells Gym in Walthamstow , I was that 17 year old standing at the top of the stairs , trying to gain enough confidence to get down into that windowless cellar , lol . 40 years ago now .
Some places/memories stick with you a lifetime!
Used to get a lot of bars /discs from supplier on an industrial estate round the corner 😁
Are you still there? 😂
@@DG-EditsYT lol no , but I still go to a gym
Jesus. I love this fucking video
This is one hell kind of a masterpiece
Love how the entrance is a fire exit
Guy at 2:55 spotting him on a cable machine with his fingers under the plates WTF
Living dangerously
Not many iron dungeons left, and maybe that’s a good thing. It separates the people who want it from the people who are just there.
True, there are those who want to look like they train hard, and then there are the people that'll stop at nothing to achieve their goals.
The Real King 👊🏼💥💎👑
Dorian Yates was a gangster on the weights
Epic video, DY is the man.
Thanks very much.

DORIAN THEE DOMINATOR !
If I had a crazy ass workout partner like Dorian did …. This man helped build a 6 time Mr Olympian! Yes, Dorian was an absolute beast… but, let’s give some credit to his mate!
I had solitude down there.
I wish i have a gym partner like Dorian that can push me to my limits
