Don’t be a jerk! Even if he only stayed in the house 1 year and it all went bad, like your negative brain works, a years worth of rent at 375 a month breaks him even… not to mention the home is a great improvement for a wonderful family. I don’t see a downside in this!

@@TinaAndDeanPhLife I bought a tiny house in Pampanga. I added a water heater to the bathroom and a nice outside kitchen so my house doesn't get hot and smell like fish. Good luck
