      Thanks! I’ve done this process a few times so i hope it helps others. It’s just frustrating that the newer speedys have this problem. I know someone who got hers around early 2010s and she doesn’t have this tarnish problem.

      Naku I don’t have experience with patent, sis. 😅 Ang alam ko lang nagiging sticky siya if di nastore nang maayos. And madaling mamarkahan hehe… not so much on the care side.

    Thanks for sharing your tips! I love a good handbag care video. I really should give the Carbon Pro a try as I've heard so many people rave and trust the product. I'm so afraid of spraying my bags but I just need to break through those mental barriers lol! Wish me luck, darling. Enjoy the weekend!

      Thanks for watching! I've been using it for years so I have come to trust the brand and it's the one that's available here in the Philippines. I've also used Apple Guard a long time ago and others also recommend Cadillac Conditioner (on Amazon so I don't have easy access to it). Try it on one or two bags before going all out. Best to still see if you're comfortable with these products. Have a good weekend!

    Loved this video! Thank you so much for making it! What do you do to clean your hardware on your loewe puzzle bag? Do you use the brass cleaner you demonstrate in the video or do you use something else (since the puzzle hardware is palladium plated)?

    • @imbaghappy
      @imbaghappy  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for watching! I honestly don’t do anything to clean the hw of my puzzle.

      @@imbaghappy Oh! Does it stay clean and free of scratches ?

    • @imbaghappy
      @imbaghappy  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I am not that particular nor do i notice scratches on the puzzle’s hardware because it’s not as prominent compared to flap bags. There probably are some marks but nothing that bothers me.

    Is the brass cleaner also will do in chanel ruthenium hardware? Thank you

    • @imbaghappy
      @imbaghappy  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I honestly haven't tried it on ruthenium hardware because I don't own any. I've used it on the silver CC hardware of my Chanel vintage mini flap and it helped make it shiny again. Best to test first on an unseen area (maybe the inside hardware) before committing to the entire thing.

    hi do u also spray with collonil the inside of your bags and the chain?
    also, do you wash your dust bags?
    thank you.

    • @imbaghappy
      @imbaghappy  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi. I don’t spray collonil on the inside of my bags. I also haven’t washed my dustbags as they don’t really gather dirt in my closet.

    Hello :) can i ask whats the difference between collonil carbon pro vs supreme protect spray? Which one would you recommend in protecting puzzle bag soft grained leather...mine kasi is in light colored. Im afraid of color transfer. Thank you so much :)

    • @imbaghappy
      @imbaghappy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Actually, I find that they're pretty much the same based on my experience. Carbon pro is more all around and the 1909 is more for premium leathers but you can use either. I don't find that they are too different from each other. I've used both carbonpro and 1909 for my puzzle.

    Hi, do you wipe leather with wet wipes? It won’t ruin it?

    • @imbaghappy
      @imbaghappy  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      As long as it's alcohol-free and you wipe it dry right after. So far, I haven't had any problems.

  • @pinkpotato4831
    @pinkpotato4831 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    hi! Would you recommend pretreating a brand new purse?(it's lambskin) I won't be using the purse on a daily basis. I'm scared I might ruin it since the SA said they don't recommended applying anything on it.

    • @imbaghappy
      @imbaghappy  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I suggest practice what you're comfortable with. If it scares you, then don't.
      I've been doing these for years; and I haven't encountered any problems since all these products are especially made for protecting leather and leather materials. That's all I can say; but the decision is ultimately up to you.

    • @pinkpotato4831
      @pinkpotato4831 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@imbaghappy Thank you for replying! Do you pretreat yours though right after buying it? Or do you wait a few uses before treating it?

    • @imbaghappy
      @imbaghappy  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I usually treat mine a little after getting it (w/o using). I condition then spray with protector.
