Breakfast at Central Market. hard working people great food also I realised it's affordable. Seems a natural and awesome place to visit. Thanks David for showing and safe travels as always. Looking forward to more informative videos.
I like that you go eat where normal working people go eat and can afford it , you just don’t go to the tourist areas where in not very affordable fir the locals .
Not sure if you're only staying in/near San Juan, but if you make it near Leon, you should try the quesillos in Nagarote. Best quesillos in the country.

I noticed that a lot of women are doing the work. Where are the men and what do they do? I see women butchers and women cooking and women running the stalls. Is this the norm in Nicaragua?

I guess if you live in Miami, you tend to pick up the Cuban accent. It rubs off on everyone regardless of where they're from. I know some Nicas that sound Cuban because they've been around Cubans in Miami for so long lol.
