Hi David. I am really enjoying this series. One of the best. I love how the women are laughing while you are tasting everything. They are really nice people. I have noticed though that all the butchers are women. The market is awesome. That's what you call "one-stop" shopping. You had me laughing all through this one. You seem right in your element especially speaking the language, some of which I understand a little but Spanish is such a fast-speaking language that I couldn't keep up😂😂😂. Really, really enjoyed this one. Saw the video yesterday of you explaining your diet and how you manage to not put on weight. So no more questions and I would advise people to watch it. Biggest problem these days is sugar and what people don't realize is that whenever they eat or drink anything sweet, the brain recognizes it as sugar - doesn't matter what it is. So good on you for not eating sugar, as I do not as well because of the blood glucose. Remember that carbs are brain food and proteins are muscle building foods. You are doing it right. So stay healthy, stay safe. I noticed that you have been releasing a lot of videos lately that it's hard to keep up. It's good though - it keeps me busy. Looking forward to the next one.🇹🇹🇨🇦👏

Best place is to throw it is at the nape of your head (neck area). Or put an ice pack or cold cloth around your neck. And you probably know this but in hot weather, you drink hot liquids ( the body cools down faster) and in cold weather, drink cold drinks (the body heats up faster). Weird eh!!!
