Hey, I'm a new follower of Sikhi and of this beautiful channel, and I absolutely share Kiranjit Kaur's experience. Sikhi is helping me so much in this hard time of a depression. Living in Germany, and with a German background, I had never heard of Sikhi - thought, these "Indian guys with turban" (very rare in my city) were some kind of hindus. But now I learn more and more about Sikhi, listen to these beautiful mantras and read in the Guru Granth (in english translation) every day, finding all these words open my heart to the highest truth and thereby recovering day by day. Thank Guru Ji for this experience and all of you lovefull Sikhs for your work! You help me turn my life into it's best version. Vaheguru ji ka kalsa, vaheguru ji ki fathe - or in my own words: May you all be blessed.
How did you convert
I read about Sikhi by accident and began to research about it more and more. I found out that Sikhi was pretty much what I had been believing in for all my life already. But never had a name for it. Now I found some form of everyday practice that fits for me pretty well. I read Guru Granth Sahib Ji to deepen my understanding. There seems to be no Gurdwara less than two hours away. But I'm fine with my solo-practice.

Im hindu , vikas , pehle m baani nu galt bolda c bhut, te depression vich rehenda c, BUT jado mere GURU MHAARAJ ne naam mennu daan ki baksheya mennu, baani te mere andar ghol ditti , hun te jis din shabad na suna te lagda hai pata ni kyu mann pareshan ho rea hai.... baani saddi aatama di khuraak hai.

You don't need to contact her but contact God. Gurbani is the solution of literally everything in this world! If someone listens, reads, understands and start following what Guru Sahib's ji says then surely, miracles happen in their lives!

Sabto pehla negative sochna band karo, negative thoughts dimag ch aane band karo jinna v ho sakda apnea naal family naal time spend karo, thora bahut bahar ghumo ta ki negativity ghat jawe. Jes v parmatma nu mande ho onu yaad karo. Negative thinking start howe ta kise naal galla karo time spent karo ta jo tuhada mind positivity val divert howe ji.
