It’s funny...when you showed the loose dresses I got excited. They’re stylish, fresh and so comfortable. Add a hat, sunnies and lace up sandals and you can’t get any more chic! Different strokes for different folks.
I am 59 and live in Phoenix, Arizona. I wear cotton, linen or a blend of both. Loose clothes, sunglasses and I great straw hat. Other fabrics are terrible in this extreme heat! LOVE your videos 💖

I also like it when you try on the clothes and let us see what they look like on a real size person. Love your taupe blouse - it is a colour I'm always searching for and hard to come by . The richer shade of taupe looks best with my complexion and mixes well with most everything else in my wardrobe especially white .
I loved this. I’m with you on very loose dresses. As I’m plus size, if I wear one then I just look shapeless and like a marquee. Whereas empire line is fantastic. (Coming to this video in spring 2021.). Some great advice, and so many stylish outfits. I would only add a mention that for one-shoulder tops, or any outfit really, the choice of undergarments is an essential element. For example: a strapless bra; bras and/or underpants in a nude shade; seamless under more closely fitting garments. I’m not quite ready to go braless, although with some tops I can get away with it!
Well as a younger woman, I appreciate seeing that even people in our generation can hold onto the grace and elegance we grew up seeing instead of the crazy lazy child like y2k trend.
Great selection, as always! Loose and short ( above the knee) dresses can be very flattering , at the beach , or somewhere in the Mediterranean . One could wear it with the sandals you mentioned. Especially with such great legs as yours.

I've learned so much from your videos and went and bought two belts after watching some of them. Unfortunately, I have little or no waist and wide hips. Is there any hope for me and belts?

I have to make the call between showing a fabulous outfit but the model being (usually) younger and very slim or showing a more mature model with a bigger frame in an outfit I don’t love, it’s almost impossible finding both. So I choose a fabulous outfit over age otherwise I wouldn’t be being true to the looks I love 😊 but I’ll keep looking though 👍🏻👍🏻
We saw some of them on Gemma, and one on a woman in her sixties! Gemma looks for the best outfits for us, regardless of who they’re on. She’s one of few you tubers to include plus size models too.
@@JehanineMelmoth Gemma often shows models of many shapes, sizes and ages. She also models outfits herself. If the pics aren't available, she cannot pull them out of a hat. She does a fantastic job, lots of variety and preparation

denim shorts are hell to me. I take shorts only when its warm or hot outside. But I can stand only light breezy or thin natural fabrics. Definitely big no to sweating horribly in denim.

I wish women worse dresses like that more often. 3:10 Shorts paired with long sleeves should be a crime. 4:44 Never wear the dress on the left. The middle outfit is good for running errands. The right outfit is almost perfect. 4:55 The dress on the left is great. The one on the right is not very good. It's about the silhouette and material, not the shoulders. 5:33 Is great, except for the fact it's untucked in the back. Get a shirt with a length/hem that is designed for not being tucked or tuck the shirt in. 5:57 Never wear puffy sleeves. Let that look be reserved for Victorian Era pirates. Also, never wear elastic cuffs. 6:33 That top is terrible. 6:58 Both look AMAZING, except the shoes on the left. That style of sandal is just a flip flop and they aren't attractive on anyone. 7:53 be careful with stripes. Too much, like in these examples, is not appealing. 8:02 Looks delicious. 8:07 Burn that top on the right. A male perspective. I imagine most honest guys would agree.

Ery nice ideas, except for denim, because to denim has always been a fashion Cop-out for the unimaginative. Dinnim has its place, but when i see ugly thread bare hem jeans with beautiful, expensive, shoes it just screams Ratty! It looks like a child playing dress up with moms shoes. Dennim isnt stylish, its convenient.
