I grateful for the people that continue to come into my life at the right moment and time for different seasons of my life to move foward. I have been shown so much mercy and grace, so much encourgement to be Boundless.
I am grateful for: Having faith in Jesus. A family with epic love. Fitness: I’ve gone down 30 lbs this past year and I am maintaining a solid workout schedule. Finances that are working and an openness to make them better. A future self I am more and more proud of. I am very grateful for the Arena’s role in this process and for all the people who have come into my life because of it.
Grateful for my daughter who was born a month ago. She’s the highlight of my wife and I’s life right now. Also grateful for inspiration I find throughout the world right now. The future is bright! Thanksgiving we’ve moved to fried chicken instead of turkey. And the side I’m famous for are my mashed potatoes.👌🏾
Definitely a ham over turkey family for me 🍽️ grateful for friends and family and opportunities I’ve had recently. Nearing my last semester of college 🙏🏽

my wife is pretty anti-holiday lately, and even moreso, she does not like US Thanksgiving food. Caribbean Thanksgiving food is pretty much all great. I love the variety of meats, especially when someone does not dry out the turkey! Yesterday, we kept it very chill, ate from a Puerto Rican restaurant for lunch with family, and my 11-year-old son made chef-level meatballs for supper. Good day! I'm thankful for all of the wildly artistic and high-level adventures we have gotten to go on. I left a few cool questions two or so episodes ago that would be fun to talk about (frequencies and shadow possibilities). I also love giving back to people and have something I'd love to offer you guys take your publishing company even further if you want me to hit you up about that.
Ohh! New question. Can you have an anti-frequency? Like I would definitely have an anti-commander frequency. People who improperly use the Commander frequency feel VERY uncomfortable around me, even if I say nothing...like to the point where I have to fully support and do whatever the person who utilizes it wants or they get mad at me, dislike me, or even look to me for approval every few seconds.
