Agreed and you will have the same damn cry babies calling for a nerf always on something. Legendary ally's maxed out should be the best OP thing because they are Legendary and should feel and make you FEEL like a beast .

His attack is just like electric arc lightning, kill the one targeted breaks chain. Just have higest health add targeted, at least thats what i do with arc. Seems like that would work. I like the healing ability. Interested in trying it out
this issue comes as Shazam has a few second delay before he attacks so if you summon it and in the meantime the target gets lower, or worse the ally targets something else like HoL bot does then it can lead to those damage miss situations
@@superricky13 his second passive works best with healers like water and nature that have downtime between their casts to perform weapon attacks without losing out on healing. electric can't afford to do that nearly as much because it barely has any healing over time. same concept with why clarion is ideal for nature and water healers. shazam is best used on a nature clarion healer, since just the pheremones alone combined with clarion can heal all normal raids, and you can still use flourish, cross-pollination, and growth if things get out of hand. in elite you'd still need to heal more actively though, but nature still gets the biggest advantage out of it, and electric the least
@16:00 You mentioned about tank not having priority heal. May I ask a related question .. On what Clarion base it's "priority heal" as tank? I always wonder.. & since I seen your vids on it. I've been considering lvling it on a dbl art Xp.
Realized after the video after a bit more comparison the 0.5 cooldown referred to the cooldown between weapon attacks so you are right there. For Clarion, even though other roles don't have a priority heal think of it just as a "base heal calculation" so if a tank uses it, it's just taking the tanks stats into the equation and figuring out the base heal. Healers you can show the base heal just with getting an average from non crit priority heal ability
Water's healing pools may count as group heal (even though not labelled as such) - Purple Ray counted it. (Had it on a toon with no dps arts on dps build..only had pool on / kept going off)
I was thinking about Shazam's Passive more and do you think Water Healer can go without using a Group/Priority heal on loadout now? My thought was using Clarion/Trans/Demon Fang with Shazam+Batman who Laughs passives, and using as a Loadout: Pressurize, Solace, Riptide, Bubble, Tempest Guard, Blessings of the Depth. You'd use Double Solace+Clarion to keep up health aswell as rotating shields. Using only Blessings of the Depth for AoE or extra emergency heal, and best of all Blessing while being an 8 man heal won't get rid of Shazam's Passive because it's not a Group Heal since it doesn't trigger stuff like PhR. I was thinking this might work quite well and keep up Shazam's 25% passive permanently
It’s certainly possible, solo healing some elite instances may lead to some issues but for the majority of content in the game I’d feel that would be completely viable
For healer passive does it count all the hits during like dual pistols normal Full Auto? I'm currently using a Water Healer with Clarion/Fang/Purple and if it does with how fast those hits are I may have to pick this ally up asap when it comes out

I’ll never forget the one time Mepps was live and said a few years back that they were no longer going to touch PvP because we always complain and it’s never good enough. I felt it was a cop out
I’m an electric healer and for the Shazam’s second passive does the increased restoration reset after the group heal or priority heal takes affect? Cause that’s the only thing that concerns me.
@@ObsidianChill I don’t run blessing of the depths just because you have to be in high tide for hot to take affect and tsunami strikes just isn’t that great of a choice either

I'm using Death Metal Batman's 2nd passive as a heal. Detaunt is really useful to get off mobs from you especially when tank is newbie. It's probably the Only way to lose agro as a heal. Even when you are alone and do it, enemies starts to attack your pets instead of you :) It also gives a nice defensive boost (dmg cut off) if you are not attacking, just healing :)
Uhhhh, yea! 300k plus damage and stay that way? You won’t have a single run where you won’t see a bunch of Shazam’s on the floor just like almost every single DPS runs EOG now

there is a 0.5s cooldown between weapon attacks so DP full auto 10 hits would not equal 10 stacks because of how quick the attacks were

it’s an MMOrpg, most of the combat is focused on player vs npc
PvP doesn’t drive or require you to buy anything

they have adjusted the damage but still can be buggy. The passives are unchanged

solace does not reset the stacks, nor would blessing of the depths or Tsunami Strikes

@@teewill975 yes, the nubia passive is lower and only lasts 10s, you also have to defeat the target, which if you weren't a dps could be an issue
