Don’t forget to add , in a group of 3-4 might dps the buffs stack so instead of getting the 10% and 8% buff you’re getting 30-40%, and 24-32% buff. Tested it myself today. Lemme get that shout out in the next vid going further into the depth of WOP 😂

they have stated they won't with Neo-Venom because of the added defense it gives you. They justify that (and it can be helpful) for having multiple effects to be 45s. Honestly WoP shouldn't be 12s either lol. All supercharges need a revamp

But you forgot a detail that can change the perspective on the batel field, that is that if you use world of power on your invisibility mode, it will imidiatly and automatically switch you back to you regular roll tab.. And with the neo-venom boost I can use it without losing invisibility and I can use whatever superpower I want next before going back to normal. For example using this combo: invisibility ->menace ->neo-venom boost->world of power or mass hysteria. That if you have full supercharge bar. World of power will be diferente combo losing the possibility of using all those habilities at the same time.
I'm curious about a Circuit Breaker vs Word of Power comparisson. For Electric Might Dps. Since this is themed I'm tempted to use, especially since CB, as strong as it is, visually is a bit underwhelming :P

This will be nice having tanks spam it with eog and scrap and a hp spec especially fire tank, its around a 17% buff of the tanks HP and again it stacks, this leads to the buff trolls Tetra and Cog hitting some silly numbers.

For example I’m celestial, I notice that neo-venom is still a strong buff even though it is 45 seconds you can still use another supercharge like cursed idol if you get your supercharge back and then my 3rd supercharge is speed drain because it’s cheap. I don’t use robot sidekick anymore it dies too quickly and not worth re-summoning in battle. My loadout only has 3 skills which counts as 6 abilities since I’m celestial so technically speaking combo powers like light and celestial only need 3 skills to really shine adding a 4th skill slows the build down

It is because the new artifact dev created the Heart of Isis artifact which meant he had to change WoP because it's based on that for the artifact to work.
It very well could be but Prec will have to be tested in content to determine if its better for Prec dps overall on aoe/st. I'm sure players will run it and I can ask them and add it to the comments here based on their results
That is just a by product. You get a EoG proc every 12s, which are you buffing the other dps to make your EoG proc stronger. EoG procs are higher than any dmg a rotation will do. There’s a reason why gadgets dps run 4 supers on stealth

this doesn't have anything to do with Heart of Isis artifact. That changes WoP to the Shazam symbols. This change in this video is the permanent change to WoP as a regular supercharge
I made some test on 5 targets. Still good, but not as high as it was. My tests showed me that I made more dps in 30 seconds with Cyborg as active ally and Shazams 1st passive, than using Shazam as active ally with Nubia's dps passive.
So DC took away the Buff Crit Chance from the weapon buff and added it to WOP? Kinda lame, Crit buff was base game in power weapon buff ability before it got removed. Electric specifically gave the buff to members of the group Excuse me, I’m showing my age 😂
op no, since its only 1 hit and not multiple hits there is lesser rng you will get the higher procs out of pipers flute vs a SC with multiple hits and multiple chances to proc. But it can still work unlike supers that do no dmg like Neo, CB etc

Circuit Breaker is a 55% dmg increase for 15 seconds, and it is clippable as well. As electric CB>WoP

there will definitely be exceptions to WoP, it isn't the end all/be all of supercharges but in the right setup, clearly has more advantages to Neo.

no, WOP has different effects for each roll. If a controller uses it, just extra power return, no crits

Vacuum bubble I wouldn’t use, low dmg and it’s a very tight cone for the dmg spread so you can easily miss hits

As far as I know it actually does stack which is just insane!! Imagine 4dps use wop plus troll uses claw that's like pretty much 100% crit chance

CB is only a 3s more cooldown and is 55% damage boost and it clips. CB destroys WoP

Maybe they’ll buff venom by making its cooldown 35-30 sec instead of 45. Which in some cases would make it viable again .
they've pushed back on that for years because of the extra defense neo gives. That's been the dev justification

The wop does different things for different roles, troll gives more power, tanks increase the health of the group etc.
