Now i always write them down cause they can be nuts
But is can be a curse cause when they are nightmares there is a chance for it to go very very bad the one worst nightmare i ever had i woke up and couldnt stop crying even though i lnew it was not real i was so tramatized that for that day i was scared of my windows and could like see shit thats not there ( I swear im just crazy cause i always ask people if they are like this and no one is on my level of crazy dreams.
