White Fish with Orange Sauce

- In Japan this is the season for mikan so I wanted to make a dinner meal with them. Orange sauce goes very well with white fish (I use isaki, aka chicken grunt). Any mildly flavored white fish will do! The flavors combine together very well so I hope you enjoy it. :)

Me: ooh let’s see how fancy the salt shaker is I haven’t seen him use salt really
Jun: *grabs salt rock*
Me:..... *is this some rich joke I’m too poor to understand?*
It's not that much more expensive than your typical salt shaker. An inexpensive grater for ginger/garlic/salt/wasabi(many uses) can cost $3-8 USD. 2lbs of himalayan rock salt is maybe another $8? You don't have to use as much either as it's quite salty. Where as a puegot salt grinder is $40-60 USD without salt. Granted it is a LOT more work and effort.
@Aiswarya Venugopal Oh I would be careful with the himalayan salt on those lamps. Few of those rock salts are food grade and a lot of the cheaper ones mix plastic to make them look bigger or to mold them.
