I over-used ASMR videos when I found them almost 20 years ago, yeah that's right I was watching ASMR before it was cool. lol But over-time it stopped working, now only very specific things will trigger it and it's always mild at best if anything. Don't watch too much ASMR, moderation is the key to everything in life.
