I've bought it!!! Finished chapter 6. I feel like I could have written Mel's thought process myself. How she thinks, and responds in certain situations I'm the same. Like, if I'm on my sick bed, if I feel like I've got to be on Britains got talent I will be there like on an important night esp if I'm making a statement, and when she talks about shame, not wanting to let people know the state of her marriage or her mental health you build up a Facade for the rest of the world so you protect it. I've felt, scared, feeling like my life is going to fall apart, somehow, some piece of information has got leaked to my parents and it's only a matter of time before everyone knows and having to deal with that. Having to answer questions I can't deal with, looking people in the faces after a major set back. Hoping things will get better...

Wow i am so moved by Mel B story. I never would have thought that she went through that much hell. I am so glad that she had the courage to free herself from that and tell her truth.

I'm kind of in love with Mel B. I know that's crazy because I've never met her. But there's something about her, besides being so gorgeous.

Just like me,l feel like she's a long lost sister who went to look for greener pastures in the diaspora and forgot to come home!
Crazily,l download some of her clips and keep connecting with her.
The only time l drifted from her was when l met her face changed from the chocolate tan she initially had to some light shade.
Okey,it's not bad but like somebody commented here, this face should be left alone.
I agree we have an interest in it and our views should be factored in when colour decisions are being made..It's this serious😋

It's not that easy. Its like saying to your friend as a kid "I hate my parents" and your friend just going "run away from all your responsibilities and your family" it's not all black and white. He was in control of all her bank accounts and was her manager. He scared away her assistants and verbally abused Phoenix while loving Angel and Madison. She couldn't just run away with her kids because she was being controlled every moment. She said in her book that the only place she couldn't be controlled was the X Factor Studios because Simon banned him. That abuse and manipulation is crippling for anyone, even for scary spice.
