I'm Susie and I was born in Hungary. Although I used to live in the Philippines for 4 years I spent an unexpectedly long time back in my home country due to the Pandemic.
2022 has brought the change I've been waiting for and now I'm back in the Philippines to further explore the local life and the country's beautiful destinations, food, and culture.
Thank you for joining me on my adventures!

    Hi guys!
This video was uploaded about 2 weeks ago for a really short period of time (less than an hour), but I had to take it down due to some issues. So a few of you might have seen it already, but I wanted to make sure it's back up and everyone gets the chance to watch it.
Another new vlog is coming later this week also! See you soon again! 🤗❤️

Cabanatuan City was the former capital of Nueva Ecija and that's why it has been known to be the largest city in the province and you're not completely wrong about your observation. Meanwhile, Palayan City was established in 1952 and officialy became the capital 13 years after in 1965.

    • @SusieinthePhilippines

There are things in both countries which are less and more affordable than in the other. But considering everything, the cost of living in the Philippines is definitely lower. 🙂

What is the Tagalog for rice? Well...
    - Unhusked rice (also the rice plant) = Palay
    - Husked rice = Bigas
    - Cooked rice = Kanin
    - Burnt rice when cooked = Tutong
    😂

Colonialism trained Filipinos that white is right. White features are considered more beautiful as well. Straight thin nose, round eyes with eyelids, any color other than brown eyes, natural auburn to blonde hair. Love yourself the way you are, be proud of being Filipino.

@@SusieinthePhilippines Yes, if one does not love who they are, how do they expect others to love them. The self loathing energy one puts out can be felt by others and reciprocated back. If you expel positive energy, you will receive positive energy back. Smile and the world smiles back at you.
