Even with offline mode and using files locally stored on sd card and listening to music (i.e FLAC 24-Bit) with wired IEMs I get about 6-8 hours of playback. I guess you're the same guy I'm talking to on Reddit too :D
I have a question about the the Sony A105 that I can't find the answer to anywhere else since it is unrelated to the specs. I DJ for a hobby and I use a Pioneer DDJ200 which connects to a smartphone through bluetooth and uses local mp3 files on a smartphone in the WeDJ app. Since the A105 is android based I was wondering if the WeDJ app is available for download on this device and if it actually works. If it does I will get it for sure. I hope you can help me out.

If you have a great music player on a phone and are happy with it - I would suggest to save money and stick to it. LG's DAC are one of the best on smartphones. I most use this DAP when I want to relax and just listen to high resolution tracks without any distractions of work, calls, sms and emails.
Brother can I use an external amp dac like earmen tr amp or ifi hip dac between A105 and a wired headphone to enhance the sound. Or these are just meant to be played by directly plugging the headphone without amp
I would suggest you to first make that into of thaat Walkman with that sleek sound then introduce yourself it would make you video feel asthhetic and maybe you views and subscribers may increase .

@@socceryt5871 The battery on this one is not good. Maximum you get out of this is 6 hours max. For better battery time get NW-A55 model that is not Android but has good sound quality and great battery time.
Doesnt make sense. Phones can serve the purpose of music. If Sony were planning to recreate a retro device which is specially for music, then they should not have gone for android. It has all the pre-installed Google apps. So it will surely give notifications and things. No point in buying this product as it has very little difference compared to a phone.

Yes I also play as a Dj using that walkman, just using the Djay app from play store and usb charger all the time. Works amazing
