Awesome video, I'm actually having issues getting ungated for Puma using Kohl's documents & today I received a message saying my case is now closed since I submitted multiple times & if I wanted to appeal then to respond by sending in new documents & not to start another application which I was going to try by using a different item/asin # for reference & purchasing from the Soccer website this time around since I heard they provide real invoices to customers rather than Kohl's?
I would really appreciate your help or suggestions on this situation so I can be able to sell Puma if possible?

Hi, had a question even though you get ungated with a Brand doesn’t mean that brand gave you permission, correct you can still get gated if they find out?
yes and no. A brand can send you an IP complaint yes

How do you create a new one? Do you just delete your other one? For the request I mean to get un gated
@@saiyanschluntz you just resubmit as a brand new one! Leave the old submission as is
@@FindIt.FlipIt When i try this, i get auto denied and it says "We closed this case because you have submitted applications multiple times without providing new, updated, or required information. To appeal this decision, reply to this message and provide new documents for us to review. Do not submit a new application."
Or maybe i need to wait 24 hours ?
