Amazing! Now in 2nd lockdown on east coast and a very young person in our house has suddenly got an interest in Ode to Joy through the Nürnberg flash mob video.
Today announced they wanted to learn to sing it and as an intimidated adult found your video and it's been transformative. Opened up a new world to a little person. Thank you Brett!

I am sorry. The "Ode to Joy" is based on the poem or ode "To Joy" by Friedrich von Schiller (Friedrich Schiller). The composer Ludwig van Beethoven used stanzas from the poem. So, he did not write the text, but Schiller.
Folks, you still have to practice vigorously on the German pronunciation. Nonetheless, I appreciate your commitment to performing songs in a foreign language.
