Novice on a rock crusher... 🤣
This was my 1st attempt on stumpy picks portable rock crusher..
TBH I wasn't going to post this video, but at the end of day, I think we can all learn from what I think are mistakes I made during my 1st crush..
If you haven't noticed yet I suffer from OCD's and ADHD. Making me strive for perfection with anything I love..
After all I do machine up parts for military earospace for a living everyday..
Soo here we go....
No1: make sure you have a fast grinder
(Mine was variable speed and had it turned down)
No2: keep your hand over the shoot when adding in new rock until the ting ting noise stops.
Or perhaps stop the grinder
No3: You need to load up the machine with a lot more rocks then I did, to the point where you can hear a difference when the grinder just starts struggling. Then it's time to stop..
No4: when emptying out the crusher roll it back past the inner shoot entrance, then tilt it back forward into your bucket or classifiers..
I hope this info helps as we learn together..
