I don't see cheap plastic anywhere. An Audi got plastic yes but it still feels good to the touch. Piano plastic doesn't make a car better either.

At 1.55 under the bridge the car is not in the dynamic (sports) mode anymore because it is in 'P' again. The RPM of 800 reveals that. The valves are closed again. That's why you don't hear much exhaust. To overcome this: when you put it in 'P', first go to 'comfort' and then 'dynamic' again. The RPM will rise above 1000 in resting P mode and you will hear more sound.
The design of that car is just so sexy. Actually would love to own one of them one day! Doesn't need to be an RS one but no diesel for sure"!

@@filipr.6940 that's also fine! I was looking at an A4 B8.5 3.0 with 245hp and it drove amazing but I didn't buy it unfortunately.. but since speedlimit in my country is 130km/h I don't need it. And I have to drive lots of km in a week so I'd always pick a diesel.

The RS5 doesn't. The 2020 A5 does.
There is a new 2020 RS5 just launched (stock not yet in channel) which has moved to the new 10" touchscreen. This is the 2019 model, technically.

@@JimNortonsAlcoholism -- it would be correct to say the 2019 RS5 does, the 2020 RS5 does. This featured car on the video is the 2019 RS5. Audi confused people as they stopped selling it for a while due to regulations, then reintroduced it as "new" - when it wasn't. The actual new shape (new lights, changed interior parts) has the updated touchscreen, but it is not the same full-touch MMI as the A7/6/8 has.

I own the S5 version and this RS5 sadly suffers from a couple of the same annoying “design oversights. To name a couple, the passenger seat belt buckle rattles off the hard plastic side panel on these seats - not matter the height you set. so if you have bumpy roads where you live be prepared to be triggered by that shit 🤣 the side seals on the doors as they are frameless can some times leak, be mindful of car washes for example. Water off the roof has a tendency to run towards the door windows for some reason too?
Despite the small annoyances, I do love it and it puts a smile on my face every day :)
Will M I own an S5 too and don't have the seat belt buckle problem. Maybe you should visit your local car service station. I think the problem that your car leaks is because the sealing of the S5 becomes broken quite fast

Another problem with the B9 is the folding backseat. When the middle part falls down, it can scratch the hard plastic backside of the frontseats.

It beats the shit out of me as to why they didn't put the I5 from the RS3 in this if they were gonna downsize.
I am only a little bit disappointed with the engine choice. I like V6‘s but they don’t really fit to an RS5. But I am very very disappointed with the sound. If you‘re already ditching the V8‘s at least give the V6 a nice sound like a M4 or a C43 AMG.
