This is the complaint cell in Police Barracks, Commissioners office. A place where you can go and complain if Police have taken any wrong action against a member of public. This is the most corrupt place, and they are fooling all the general public. Even the Commissioner gives a damn about your complaint and is always trying to hide the faults of SI, ACP and all of them. I will give you all the names of the people involved in my case. One SI, Bhaskar Rao from 3 town police Station filed a wrong complaint against me in 2012. Not sure if he took a bribe from the opposite party or not, on the whole for some vested interest he filed an FIR by writing all sorts of falsified statements. With these statements, he obtained a warrant and filed an Criminal Case. Case No (XXX )... I will give the case number also if anyone wants.. After I made a complaint in this Commissioners office, one ACP Venkat was asked to look after the case, one another SI Kiran Kumar was in 3 town Police Station. Commissioner was one Puranchandra Rao. All these corrupt officials were trying their best to hide that SI Bhaskar Rao's mistake. That ACP Venkat Rao even threatened my lawyer, "mee client ki cheppandi... convict chey mantara" ( i.e, please explain to your client, do you want me to get him convicted ?). This complaint cell is just to fool the public nothing happens here. I went to court to fight the wrong FIR filed by this SI Bhaskar Rao, fought in court for two years and got myself acquitted. I lost a lot of career opportunities, abroad opportunities, salaries, bonuses, promotions, etc etc during the period of my case, for two years. I had to attend the hearings every 2-3 months.... ... I can tell you my story to prove all these fellows are corrupt. This SI Bhaskar Rao is still serving in the police with all his stars on his shoulders, (i think in 4 town Police Station) and I don't think anyone in the Police is even bothered about such wrong doings or taking any action against corrupt officers or corruption. We have given them uniforms and a job of bribery and power for life.
