This is a top 5 Nas album. We gotta get out of being stuck at Illmatic. We can’t keep saying that man can’t top his FIRST album. KD3 is not “better” but Illmatic also isn’t KD 3. An almost 50 yr old god MC, spittin at this high a level. 17 tracks, no features, no skips, one producer. KD3 is a 5 mic classic. Appreciate it in real time and not years later. Nas the true and only greatest of all time with this 4Peat 🐐 🔥
Top 5? I'm already ready to say it's top 2. Whether it's 1 is debatable.
@@clarktownsend8991 I’m with u on that bruh cause Jesus Christ 🔥
Easily. #2 behind illmatic.
10 months later and still cant agree more. Illmatic was my intro to nas and it holds a special place in my heart, but kd3 has been on repeat/shuffle for the past 3 months now 🔥
Honestly for me this album a solid 9.5/10. The production was insane from hitboy and you can't go wrong with Nas flow and lyricism.
Fax yesirrrrrr
AOTY. No doubt no doubt no doubt!
I think it was perfect 10/10, can't argue your 9.5. Question though, what would have given it a perfect 10 for you.
@@prettynhnupe for me take out WTF SMH and replace it with another once a man twice a child type shit and it'd be perfect but that's just my opinion
Wtf smh was one of my favorites 🤷🏾♂️
I see why you gave it a 10. I can't wait to see how this album ages. Nas is already a legend. I hope Hitboy gets all the respect he deserves from this. He's a great and really makes producing an art
This album is going to age too lovely. Good mention.
Nas didn't even need any features and he got a 9.5 and 10 rating
Damn Nas!! Possibly the best Trilogy ever. How is he still rapping like at 49? Just incredible!! Album is flawless
I gotta give best trilogy to Westside Gunn wit Hitler wears Hermes
Damn you make it seem like 49 is elderly lol.
Eminem and Nas proving that age has nothing to do with skill 💪💪💪
@@DjGabrielEscobar973 according to life expectancy it is
@@gcinankala102 you seem fun
The man has arguably the greatest hip hop album of all time. Had the same album inducted into the library Congress at Harvard university. They study illmatic for poetry. And also couple years ago he received an ICON award. Also in the last 2 years he has dropped 3 Classic Albums for the history of the hip hop culture. With topics about almost everything we live in today's world. Any shot at this genius is just a hate move . He's a living legend and the G.O.A.T. In hip hop and all hip hop heads know that.
KD3 is in #2 spot on UK hip hop and R&B chart right now.
Also Nas is the only rapper in history. To start his career in the 90s and have 4 consecutive albums in the top 10 chart on billboard in this decade. Haters .. sorry. But Nas is the Michael Jordan of hip Hop
Factz..
Nas top 5 but biggie is the Mj of rap
@@qudariwilkinson9538
Since when 7 titles and 7 Finals MVPs are not more superior than 1 title and 1 finals MVP ?
Biggie only dropped 1 album before he passed away. His catalogs is not even on Jay z's status
No argue because Nas is number 1 , and how is biggie mj of rap , freedom is making most of say shit
The thing that I love with your album reactions or anyone else’s, is that even though this album has been on repeat for me, when I watch these album reactions it feels like the first time again because I see you alls reaction to it lmaaoo makes me fall in love with it again
Haha same for me. It’s probably the 8th time now I’ve been listening to KD3. It’s totally worth it. 💪🏼💪🏼
I'm so fuckin happy NAS is still in the rap game cause this album definitely matches it's cover. Solid gold, he still rapping like he dropped Illmatic yesterday
Radio needs to play this !! This album needs real airplay for real !!!!!!
It’s like they doing it on purpose not playing his music on the radio. It’s crazy to me. They know it’s fire but they always been trying to stop him
@@sayeyadolo109it’s because of he has concepts and gems to inspire us. They don’t want us to hear the truth!
@@Biggbobb big facts my brother
@@Biggbobb you need the radio for that ?when u have a phone in your hand 24/7
I find it amazing that people still listen to radio to be honest
Nas & Hitboy really went 4 for 4🔥 Legendary🔥
If The Source Magazine Was Still Going They Would Give This A 5 Mic Album 🔥🔥🔥🌊🌊 Nas Kings Disease 3 Is Fire Extinguisher Hot 🤯🤯🤯
This is a 10 for me. Nothing on this album missed. Nas and Hit Boy are 4 for 4 on albums.
What’s the other album besides the king’s disease trilogy. Love Nas, but didn’t realize Hit Boy produced a separate album with Nas
@@Nickbrenneman7 Magic was the other one
I didn't get into NAS until I retired from the Army in 2014. So, I have been catching up on this gentleman since then. The first album I got of his was King's Disease, then I went back into his catalog and to get caught up.
This is why I had the issue with the "relevant" comment. I don't even have any of that other guy's music, so relevance or relevancy is subjective.
Too me, NAS is one of the G.O.A.T.s in the Culture.
GOATED Reaction, I'm only 20 but Nas stay in my rotation just as much as these new artists. Im glad he's aged well with the time like Jay
Amazing Album, a damn Classic, a 10 out of 10 Album
Incredible album! I give it a 10/10.
One of the few albums I can just put on and listen straight through, no skips. It's a 10 for me too
I hope King Disease 4 comes to light, because King Disease 3, 2 & 1… Nas & Hit-Boy never disappoint us….. #FACTS #BARS 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Shouldn't be a 4th. I believe this is the last one to wrap up the series unless they spin again
They need to do a double album next!👀
Eh KD1 wasn't all that. Beats were too upbeat and happy every beat sounded the same. That album wasn't it. Only got a Grammy because the industry thought it was his retirement album.
KD2 got snubbed & media went back to ignoring him and that's where Hitboy started progressing the beats for Nas style. After the snub, Nas dropped Magic as a surprise and purposely didn't submit it to the Grammys. He probably won't submit KD3 either because of their agenda against him and him promoting it to the fans instead of the media. Both of these albums are the best of the run and where Hitboy turned up on the beats.
Magic is a street banger, a sleeper underground classic, but KD3 culminates to Nas & Hit at their best. A damn near perfect album.
@@cbfwebs wow that’s the best take I ever heard on this series. Exactly what I was thinking! They really thought KD1 was his last effort and he played them and they snubbed him like they always do. Wow this was a really accurate take! All facts!
@@cbfwebs Well said. I’ve been amazed at how each project has continued to be better than the last. They really knocked it out the park on KD3.
The rapping all over this is on another level. Nas personifies the street philosopher trope completely. Incredible rhyming structures, mastery of cadence and flows that are switched and employed freely and to perfect effect, without sacrificing on story-telling and picture-painting at all. Doing it all on top of flawless production from Hit-Boy. Even Nas's subtle ad-libs are always on-point! He's on a late-career high, it's fucking incredible to experience this. Nas could easily be a poet or a writer, only a few rappers I put on that pedestal.
Well said! There’s really no debate who the number one MC is.
There is another album I think y’all should check out! It’s called: More Black Superheroes by Compton rapper Westside Boogie!! He is signed to Eminem’s Shady Records/Interscope & it’s a dope album. It dropped back in June 2022 (the same day that Drake dropped) it’s the follow up to his 2019 debut album ‘Everything’s For Sale’. It’s only 12 tracks, features from Soulija Boy, Snoop Dogg, etc… it’s a phenomenal album, y’all will love it. He recently dropped the deluxe with 3 new tracks.
Album is top 5 of the year
That Beatles part is genius when he says coping white reeing up get it The White album from the Beatles double entender dude the greatest ever
I never picked up on that🤯🔥
@@screamingeagle11b yeah bro people were saying that he meant white dudes lol. I'm like no man he meant part of their catalog is The White Album. This album is filled with a bunch of multidimensional lines. Dude is way way ahead of his time. People forget when he recorded live at the barbecue he just turned 18. Picture being a senior in high school and a student you knew that dropped out after the 8th grade spit that lol. It's not even possible to picture it because it's just not normal it's beyond abnormal for somebody to be that gifted so young with such limited professional education
Instant classic 🔥🔥🔥
KD III is a10. I have my favs but WTH SHM is my fav just for that 2nd part
Sorry its a 8.5
Community love providing jobs, why you trying to come at me, why you ain’t proud of Nas. This album is ridiculously fire
🙌🙌🙌
That line brings tears to my eyes
That line gives me goose bumps
ESCOBAR SEASON HAS RETURNED 🎤
No skip ... HITBOY hit again.. Nas the GOAT💯
4 albums in 2 years this was the best but all are fire he flipped Jay z takeover line 4 albums in 10 years nas you a genius
Nas & Hit Boy with a 3 Peat. Kings Disease 2020-22 all been CRAZY
4peat! Can’t forget “Magic”. That album was damn near better than this but I think this one has the edge for a few reasons. 4 albums in 2 years!
Wats incredible is that Nas is only rapper from the early to mid 90s that's doesn't have writers block besides Jay
Instant classic I give it a 10
I just peeped the Michael references at the last part of the "Michael and Quincy" song....and I've listened to this many times before 😅...that's why these reaction videos are valuable
Nas and Hitboy ethered the whole album 🔥🔥🔥
Y'all should put together a 17 track Playlist plus a BONUS & INTERLUDE of KD, KD I, KD II, MAGIC, & KD III 🎤🎚
this album solid 10/10 ngl🔥🔥🔥
It’s just seems so hard for a lot of current artists to make an albulm with no skippable tracks imo? Nas might be one of the few artists that makes consistently “no skip” rap Albums. From the holy grail ILLMATIC, to It Was Written, to Gods Son, The Lost Tapes, and now the King’s Disease trilogy. It’s just HipHop 🎶 “One Mic” 🎤
Lupe
Kendrick
Denzel curry
Wtf smh is kind of a skip on this one
@@nelsig1032 You bugging!! 😂 That track is dope! Especially the second half!
@@antoine1486 the second half is fine, but nas is too old to say wtf smh so the first half is kinda cringe
hitboy is on another level Nas is Nas
Replay value is incredible with this one….. 10 for KD3
This is a classic album 10/10 like he said kd3 better than all of em
This album is a classic. Nas is the greatest to ever touch the mic untouchable aint no debate. 🐐 And nas will always be relevant hes the greatest and he will always be remembered true history. 21 Savage is as trash as it gets and will soon be forgotten like every trash rapper from this generation.
From the same generation as 21 there's Denzel Curry, JID or even Slowthai in the UK wich are great rappers, even if a lot of these new rappers are not really good, I can't let you put them all in the same bag...
IN THE CLUTCH!!! 💪. Kings Disease 3 was a solid 8/10. Nas top 5 dead or alive 😤. 4 albums in 2 years and still blessing us with sick rhymes. He's a living legend and deserves the love and respect he gets 🙏.
Nas is number 1 and have always been. Aint no debate.
Needle drop 💧 effect 😂😆
Social validation generations
One of the top 3 greatest albums of all time from front to back!
NAS the MC they love to hate
Nas on a unprecedented run.
Album is pure 🔥 great review.
The GOAT 🐐 10/10 incredible solomission my fav 3 tracks changes every 2 listen....
10/10 easy… I remember walking to school bumping Nas in my CD player and now 20+ years later he still giving me those vibes… KD3 could possibly go at Mr. Morale and The Big Steppers for Album of the year…
Amazing album.
10/10 absolutely 🔥. The album is phenomenal!
This one of the best albums I ever heard🔥
Great reaction! Instant classic 🔥🔥
Let's listen to this one *NO DOUBT!*
My favorite tracks are Recession Proof, Legit, I'm on Fire, Hood2Hood, Ghetto Reporter, First Time, Beef, Get Light, Don't Shoot and Serious Interlude
I'm young with a old soul and I'm a big Nas Fan but I'm really impressed how Nas and Hit-boy body of work And produce another classic yet again that's 4 in a row now... I always thought KD2 was my favorite out the 3 but KD3 has over taken that spot
Knowing the chemistry between Nas and hit- boy are solid, I will give the album a rating of 9.5
What movie was they talking about when they said you take a girl to a concert and juices everywhere
Nas is the Goat and it's not close
Mike did that song with Paul McCartney, say say say and bought their publishing knowing Paul wanted it.
29:25 Exactly how I felt 😂🔥
How can Nas be irrelevant? In the last few years he's won a Grammy and been inducted into the Library of congress, documenting his music as culturally signicant to music and American history. His music is taught in classes in Ivy league schools. He just tied Jay-Z with the most top ten albums on billboard among rappers. Also, one of the few rappers or artist with top tens on billboard every decade since they debuted, over 3 decades of top tens. 30 summers. Not to even throw shade but 21 will be lucky to even sniff that. Its not how you start the race but how you finish. Nas is solidified. A legend, relavent in the past, present and how ever longer he wants to do it.
They already made a song together your paragraph is irrelevant
@@xenotic_lowks290 no. Its not 😆.
@@TopBillinVillain that's right , this boy don't even read your comment
NAS Hip hop GOAT

For the cherry on top ya'll should react to his Magic album with Hit-Boy 🔥🔥🔥
*in Darth Vader voice* This has been long awaited.
It Was Written still the best rapping he ever did for a whole album
i agree
Honestly his rapping on kd3 is tied with iww imo.
Lost Tapes 1
Gotta agree ppl always talk illmatic but 95-97 Nas flow wordplay cadence melodic was light years ahead of everyone Nas was singing and getting away with it but gangster man those great times
This is his best album since Illmatic honestly and this album is an all-time great from start to finish Kings Disease 3 gotta be album of the year 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I think first time is incredible. And Micheal and Quincy, on fire, Ghetto reporter. Thun
Shout out to Jansport J on WTF SMH
Classic album! Y’all did Nas’ Magic album yet? 🔥🔥
Recession proof is one of my favorites.. the first bar got me
Right?! Then he said, “It’s the 70’s, of course. Donna Summers’ voice.” That immediately put me in the mindset of that era. That song is amazing!
“I grew up around weed smoke, just like the Marleys..” 🔥
For me, it's just 4 songs that I cannot do without on this album
Once a man twice a child
Micheal and Quincy
Recession Proof
Thun
@@johnnyboy7538 I love beef, first time and reminisce as well as those you mentioned. All them of fire to be honest
@@kab1r they were all good but i feel the album could have been 13 or 15 tracks
Remove these two for 15 track option
Serious interlude
First time
Remove both above plus I'm on Fire and Hood2Hood for the 13 track option
The shorter format would have made for a much better overall experience and left the audience hungering for more like KD did
Dope ass album
We in the CLUTCH🤘🏽
10/10 amazing album

AOTY contender for me definitely
