Yes zig ziglar and Jim Rohn's speachs, practises and other values really hit me hard as a 30years old man.In Jims words 'Ive messed up' but also taught me thats fine and everyone messes up. its made me re think my path in life. Napoleon hill is the true definition of: make it, lose it, get it back , make it lose it, get it back. This man owed lots of people, dodged death and stilled managed to get rich again. He truly figured out how to keep making money 💰 some way some how, live good for a while, lose it all and you bounce back again and again. 🤫🤫

The clue is that Hill never met those famous people. It was only one of his selling tricks to promote the book as result of a scientifique resaerch - all the quotes were invented by him.
However Hills ideas are generally true and important - the book can be an enormeous help to find and pursue your goal. But the story of the 500 selfmade-milioners is an invention by Hill.
I absolutely LOVE Think and Grow Rich and Hills others materials. Pure genius.
I read some of N. Hill's books in high school, along with other self-help books of O.G. Mandino, and Dale Carnegie.
Since then, I have been passing their formulas for success to others knowingly and unknowingly likewise reteach myself whenever I weave another goal. His influence never stops.

After reading Think And Grow Rich, i quickly understood the causes of the little success i had achieved and the got to understand why America is richer than any part of the world but most importantly, i was enabled to know my life's purpose, set goals and assuredly Iam living a happy, healthy and wealthy life. i just keep seeing the journey iam travelling with great joy and gratitude. Carnegie's biographers found no evidence that Hill ever knew or worked for Carnegie.

Carnegies own biographer doubts any association of Carnegie with Hill. Hill never mentioned in Carnegies biography.

All good besides one fact: Hill was given a deadline of only one more night by bis publisher to get a good title for his book, otherwise the Publisher would name it "use your noodle.." In that night hill got the Inspiration and the Million-dollar-title "Think and grow rich" There are speeches on youtube where HILL explicitly tells the story of that important Night in his Life.
Some say he’s a big scam artist and being The No.1 influencer/founder of the $billion self-help industry which is essentially also a scam

The problem with naming all these "successfully" people who attribute their good fortune to reading _TAGR_ is that you open yourself up for survivorship bias. How many people do we know who read this book but still failed?
There's a difference in reading the book and applying the knowledge you learned.
You can read the Bible or any other philosophical scripture and not make a change also. It all starts with you and if you actually want to.

Just because this guy got rich scamming people doesn't make it acceptable that he scammed people. Hill was rich, but I'd argue he wasn't successful as a person, considering how he got ahead in life. People who defend Napoleon Hill are the same people that defend organized crimelords and Wall Street bailouts; those who put the rich, whether maker or taker, on a pedestal. Hill was a taker, not a maker.
I have finished reading _Think and Grow Rich_ and _The Law of Success_ , yet I am still poor.
