The funny part is Chucky ended up doing this in one of his own movies. Why do I have the feeling that the total budget for this crap was barely under $1 thousand? At least the first movie had Busey and the rat as actors. This crapola has 0 actors, just people who couldn't even be extras in much better films! For all the little people references, I do believe Full Moon just can't let go of their one series which actually made money, Puppet Master, but at that only the first 5 were good with any movies after in that series ranging from mediocre to absolute shit.
Thinking back....I can kind of see how the Tommy, COUGH COUGH, 'twist' would be funny considering we're supposed to have the idea that Tommy is this super excited 'kid' who's getting his final wish only to be plopped in the middle of hell and THEN turn out to be one of the antagonist. It could have worked but at the same time, we're supposed to care what Deaders does and he doesn't do anything really. And then he just kills Tommy in the end as a sort of 'fuck you' to online movie critics which I'm not saying is a bad thing but they wasted so much SHIT for something that doesn't pay off. I mean, Deaders being supernatural was enough but then they suddenly have Tommy performing magic when his schtick of lying about dying and then turning out to be an asshole critic was ENOUGH. Even his death was lackluster and I sort of wish he had been the one to 'kill' Deaders because he sees how lame of a monster he's become. Fuck, it almost feels like two different films at one point. Everything is so badly connected to one another that you forget that Deaders is in a movie about A MOVIE since he's just killing people at random and suddenly Child's Play jokes. I understand the idea of the movie going meta and making fun of the production of itself but....this wasn't that. This movie is trying to hard to say that Child's Play is old (which is was given the date this movie came out) but there's a reason why people remember Child's Play and Gingerdead Man is only known in a few circles. The first one had Gary Busey to carry it and the idea was weird enough but Child's Play REALLY was the one that made the concept of cursed 'cute' things mainstream years before even though IT wasn't the first to do that type of story either. Also kind of helps that in the first movie Chuckie made it clear he was DESPERATE to get back into a human body while he was going about killing. The way Gingerdead Man is set up, he didn't care he was a cookie and took all the pleasure of being alive again to kill as many people as possible because who's going to believe 'a cookie did it'. Aside from that, we saw that he can just transfer over whenever he's eaten and if his soul is still in the mix it can be used over and over again. I know I'm looking too far into this but Jesus. They took a silly idea that was actually pretty fun to watch and made it into this....and yes, the third on is worse.

Those also made the Pupet Master movies? I was told how great those were but when I watched the start of it, it was like the one who recomanded it to me was just screwing with me. An old man teached this guy to put souls into pupets then all his friends get murdered and their souls end up in pupets? I realy could not stand this.
