    I think the best thing about everybody doing band workouts now is that it helps teach newer lifters mind muscle connection. Keep up the great work Fouad!

    I’m glad to know this is still gonna work for me and dad. Our gym is shutdown for now but luckily we own some different resistant bands. We have some ten pound dumbbells and a set of twenty pound dumbbells too. If a big beast like you says this shit works it works. Keep killing it!!!!!

      I promise you it works as long as you use the form and rep speed I'm describing. Keep the same intensity you would if you were in the gym.

    Something tells me this is not short term. From what I am hearing, July / August we might be without things like gyms. As long as everyone does their part and listens and stays home.. If they don't, way longer.

    I just did this one today and adapted to it to use my resistance tube instead of a band... Damn..my back was swole man...by far the best vids I found

    I/ve been inside a gym for the better part of 30 years. I'm now trying resistance bands because my gym was closed since 17-Mar-2020. I'm also having a knee replaced in August so it doesn't make much sense for me to go back for 6 weeks (app). After the surgery, I'll have therapy. What happens after that happens but I'm probably going to look for a new gym.
    I had to tweak a few things but I found you easy to follow. Keep up the great work.

    With gyms closed, I have been training using pullups, pushups and dumbbell work. Bands arrive tomorrow and this is the best back workout I have seen yet on youtube. Cheers.

      @@FouadAbiad Just did my back and biceps. Did a circuit of wide grip pullups, high rows with the bands, low rows with the bands and narrow grip pullups. The bands are also great for the biceps by doing curls. I like how the tension on the muscle is constant throughout the range of motion.

    Got a few mini monster bands for some other applications...but as good fortune would have it I found this video and found out about how I could get a great back pump with them also. And I mean GREAT back pump. After 3 sets of 15 rows by back was blown up! Tbh haven’t felt a pump like that in a long time. Your instruction was top notch. When I led with my elbows, using a neutral grip and focusing on getting my hands to the side of my rib cage, I was able to get a few more inches of retraction that you can’t get rowing a barbell or using a cable attachment. Thus a stronger, fuller contraction. Like I said...incredible pump! You sir know your stuff. Thanks for sharing.

    Damn dude you got me amped up. I have bands in the house and have been using them. When you did the chest workout and how you used them around your back as a pressing motion really turned on the light bulb for me. I perform exercises but it was the same old exercises. You just put me on to new variations appreciate it.

    I have to praise you. I have not seen these excercises with bands on other channels. Seated rows and pull downs, using a pole, which btw could be used for other excercises like curls..brilliant!

      First day of quarantine? Wow!! We been on lockdown for 2 weeks or more here and it's really beginning to take it's toll now. Been using bands and some shitty old weights i found stored at my mums house. The first week was ok because it was something differen't but now I'm really beginning to miss the atmosphere you get at the gym. Motivating myself is the toughest part

    Fouad, I ended up getting bands the moment hell broke loose. Never thought I'd enjoy them this much. When the gym reopens, I'm thinking about using bands on all my compounds (Bench, shoulder press, squat, rows) due to sheer amount of constant tension they give. Would you recommend combining bands in this way?

    Thanks for this video. Without a chin up bar back is extremely hard to train back at home but can still get an ok workout for the chest and triceps and legs. This is really useful.

    Great video! Your band workout series does the best in explaining how to do the exercises effectively. I really feel a better pump and more soreness when I do these exercises the way you say they should be done. Thanks so much!.
    My only concern is Utthat there may be too many sets in this workout. I usually limit myself to 10 exercises per muscle group per workout when I use free weights or body exercises like pullups, with the goal of getting in 20 sets per muscle group for the week. I also like to pair up back days with biceps and abs too. this workout is 18 sets just for the back.
    Since we are working what bands should I also be doing more sets like this. I don't' want to do junk sets that will nullify gains.

    After 2 weeks when the quarantine started, I finally bought bands to do these lifts. Not going to get bodybuilder jacked using them, but they've been great to maintain some strength. When my gym is back open, it will be nice that I didn't fall months behind my training.
